I hardly use mine.. I don't like the fire button position in 18350 mode and hoping someone will come out a 18490 extension tube. It's mahooooosive in 18650 mode.. No it's not it's man size, but an in between size as you say could be good, they don't last long in 18350. To be fair I find it ok for me in the mini mode.I suppose it all depends on which way you hold your vape stick and the size of your hands.I use it in the mini mode all the time and find I can get a full days vaping with 2 batteries so no complaints, plus the fact with a V3 on it the vape is brilliant.

As said how can a price like that be justified when you can get a tool like the stainbless steel vamo for around 40 quid, provari my arse. Hmmm, I've noticed a lot of threads titled "Vamo problems", which may help to explain the price difference. I'm planning a Vamo for a back-up device, but I'll be amazed if I think it's all round as good as The Provari. Vamo problems, what problems? The majority that I have seen have been user know how problems,or perhaps the week hot spring on the series 1,which has been rectified on the series 2.I have no doubt the Provari is a great bit of kit,but you could buy 3 or 4 Vamo's for the price they charge.I know Cornishmen are known to be a bit careful when parting with their money but I would expect a lot more for £200 than a Provari.Gold plated perhaps? In my opinion you can have what ever tool you like to hold a battery, but the pleasure of vaping is only achieved when you find the correct thing to screw on the end of it with your favorite juice in it.

I dont know why,but I find when using a vision 3 it seems to vape better for me at 6-6.5w,but when I have a nova mini on it seems better set at about 8w.

Well seems we all have the same thing in mind, just ordered one myself in SS, they seem to be getting better at these cheap mods. I think the SS is a better choice over the chrome versions. Looking forward to getting this No doubt the ss is nice. But I have the black chrome version and it is a really brilliant bit of kit, well made and a great finish to it.

Yes,I find them good for a consistent vape and so easy to rewick and coil. The only thing that I find with the mini nova that puts me off,is that they are very thirsty.

i received my ss vamo today and thought i'd have a vape, its a lovely/ugly bugger but i found that the end cap gets really hot, i took the cap of and the spring was even hotter, i'm using a flat top panny 18650cgr with the spring slightly stretched to reduce the rattle, this cant be normal surely, no other mod has ever got near this hot!!! what could the issue be and is it safe to use? staf, what I done was took the hot spring that is a good one from my Argento and it works fine and no overheating.I say this as if I remember rightly you purchased an Argento around the same time as myself and was asking and waiting for a replacement spring at that time from the vendor.I think they are the hot springs that they use in the Silver Bullet. It is a good strong spring and will give ample contact with the battery.

While on the subject of batteries, what I have found very interesting is the length of time a battery will go for in the Vamo.I am using the very same 18350 batteries that I bought from Moju I think it was for my V.H. mini LT (which by the way was the biggest load of rubbish ever). In the LT these batteries needed changing after 2-3 hrs.The very same batteries are lasting me more than twice as long in the Vamo when it's in the mini mode,so I am more than pleased.

Kernowman - roight my 'ansum! I'm only a few miles down the road from you in Lanner! Glad there's a few of us on the forum. Once the weather decides to stop raining and the evenings draw out, we should organise a minimeet! I only know of 2 other vapers round here, one's in Perranporth, and the other lives in Probus and is a mate of mine who I converted! Cheers and gone! Andy OK I would be up for that. And perhaps we could persuade Chrissie to join us.Would love to meet her as she was the one that set me on my road to vaping.

At the moment with Hangsens RY4 in a V3 with a 1.5 attie I am really happy with it set at 6 - 6.5 watts. At that setting i'm getting good taste and ample throat hit.Going up to 8 w gives me too much t/h and not enough flavour..

River, the Vamo was a present to myself I'm so looking forward to trying it out in the morning, Sarah Chrissie treated myself to my black chrome Vamo last week, couldn't wait until Xmas.I tell you it looks great and vapes twice as good. Without a doubt the best tool that I have bought to date, got it on vw and it has not left my hand since I had it.My best vape ever.

This is the same wick that I have been using for ages.No need to boil it.just wind your coil and cut to the length fill with juice let it soak and enjoy.Just remember that you cant dry burn cotton wick, but who cares,as when you get the hang of recoiling it's just as quick to do that anyway.

vapists have none in stock macca LOL But still will check tomorrow Have ordered some SOS stuff from vapour hut and also the stuff macca suggested. Don't know the length of the stuff from hut. it's £2.50 so it could be any length... Should be here by Wednesday.... And so should my wick jane PS. Maybe sounds like a dumb question but how many pieces of the 2mm wick should I use? 1 or 2? Jane You will only need 1 piece Jane.
