it might be a good idea to edit your posts mazz and remove the sites youve mentioned. as said 72 is only officially available to trade and posting the links on a public forum is a bit risky for the forum and the company as we dont want trading standards paying them a visit. another pm in comming  Duly noted and thanks for the advice. |

Personally I'd go for 7.2% (72mg/ml) nic in PG. (You don't need both) A litre of plain PG and VG seems reasonable. I find mixing by volume, using a large syringe and large bore blunt needle the easiest; although some prefer mixing by weight. (If you mix by weight you need to account for the the different densities of the liquids). I currently buy bottle shots (I think that's what they're called(!)), which are usually 250ml bottles with around 20-30ml of flavour already in the bottom, ready for nic, PG & VG. I calculate how much nic in PG to add and measure this into the bottle. Top up by eye to half a bottle with PG and then finish by filling the rest of the bottle with VG. Giving me a set nic concentration and approx. 50/50 PG/VG ratio. If you are just buying flavour concentrates, you'll also need a few empty dropper bottles for putting your mixes into. Also note that after mixing (esp. tobacco flavours) it's best letting them "step" or mature and infuse for a week or so. There are online or downloadable calculators (as well as asking on here) that make the mixing easy. I believe that there are some suppliers of 72mg/ml nic out there (I have old stock that I still use, which is almost finished, so haven't bought any recently). If you're lucky and ask, you might get someone to PM you a link. ETA Mandy Perpetua might know. I've managed to find a site that sells 7.2% liquid nicotine. I'm thinking of ordering 1L of Mono Propylene Glycol, 1L of Vegetable Glycerine, 250ml Tobacco flavour and 500ml of 7.2% liquid nicotine. I'm a complete beginner so I've no idea how far this will get me, but I'm thinking this, scales and a small funnel is all I need to at least make a start (I have a few bottles)? Recipes I will study once I have everything in front of me. However there is a choice of PG or VG based nicotine and I've no idea which one I need. Or do I need both perhaps? If you're able to supply a few more words of wisdom I'd be most greatful.

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. When you say 18mg..... it is actually 18mg /ml or 1.8% nicotine concentration (it is NOT the total nicotine). Anything you add to the nic shot will dilute it. So, the strongest you can achieve is 18mg/ml by vaping just the nic shot, without any flavourings. The only way is if you can get stronger nic liquid (e.g. 7.2% or 72mg/ml nic). This can be mixed with flavour concentrates, VG and PG to achieve 24mg/ml nic eliquid. Thanks for the much appreciated explanation. Any idea where I can obtain 7.2% or 72mg/ml? I've been looking at eliquidflavourconcerntrates.co.uk. They have some, but it appears to be for trade only? |

Following the demise of Fasttech, I've been investigating the possibility of making my own liquid. I always bought 24mg tobacco flavours from them, and can't get used to the 18mg available commercially.
As 18mg seems to be the maximum nicotine shots available, my question is, if I add an extra 33% when mixing, will this give me a 24mg liquid? Or is that not how it works?

Hi Perpetua and thank you for the link. As it happens, I do have enough supplies for a good 2-3 months and so could wait. But the trouble is the uncertainty as to if it will arrive at all so I guess you're right, probably best avoided and to find an alternative. I think you're right that it is Hangsen Deluxe Tobacco, although it says 'Hangda' on the bottle. But I've definitely had Hangsen before and it seems to be the same stuff to me? I have searched UK suppliers, but the problems are that the prices are so comparatively high and also that they are bound by silly (in my opinion) EU rules, i.e fiddly little 10ml bottles and unable to supply 24mg. I was kind of hoping to find a way around these issues but I guess it's just one of those things and a sign of the times?  |

The best advice any of us can give you is to avoid if at all possible, or only order if you're in no rush for the item(s) as you've to be prepared for a wait . . . . most likely a long one. China might be open for business, but it's far from the normal we know.
I placed an order with them last week for a vaping friend and I'm anticipating at least a two month wait if not longer - any quicker will be a bonus. Although I used British Express Shipping, which is an option you don't have with eliquid.
Could be Hangsen your Deluxe Tobacco so it might be worthwhile googling for any UK suppliers of the flavour.

Hi all,
I have used Fast Tech for some time, but was just wondering if anyone knows if it's 'business as usual' with them? I ordered some coils on 5th May but having just logged in it seems they haven't even been sent yet.
I also usually order Deluxe Tobacco Flavor, 24mg/ml liquid from them in bulk and I could do with getting an order in. But the only postage option is China Post which I'm not entirely confident in at the best of times. Has anyone had any recent experience with them? And if there's an issue, any other suggestions as to where I can get my liquid for a decent price?
