I too saw it and felt bad. But than I started thinking the other way. How did that boy get injured and how did he have some brand new wrapped stuff in his backpack. I serioudly think that he was injured taking part in the riot stealing from some poor hardworking souls shop. If that is the case than it servers him correct to be repaid by his own coin. If that is not the case I do feel bad for him and also for all those poor people who would be heart broken to see thier establishments vandalized. Cheers Shamreez I tend to believe the poor chap had nothing to do with the rioting - nice impression he's gained of this country: www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2024461/Pictured-hospital-bed-The-victim-sickening-riot-robbery-jaw-smashed-thugs-rifled-rucksack.htmlFox I think a lot of the poorer countries will be looking at us in a totally different light after the last few days! I have to say that I didn't think that lad was part of the rioting mob and felt sorry for him. It's nice to see that people are rallying around to help. Shows just how much good there is in people and that we're not all marauding morons.

Whilst I'm appalled and think "it should be put a stop to at once" - heavily so where needed, I'm also concerned we understand why it happened - I don't mean that in a bleeding-heart liberal way, but if we dont work out whats wrong AND what we can do about it it will keep happening... Prof as someone who fosters children from very underprivileged backgrounds, the only issue I can see is a severe lack of parenting. We didn't have a great deal when my son was young, quite often his clothes were bought from car boot sales or second hand shops, although his dad earned good money he had his own issues which meant he was always broke. I've been a single mum for many years to my own son, he was brought up with values, he had everything I could give him but knows damn well that I had to work hard to get those things for him. He now goes to University and works, he asks me for nothing, takes responsibility for his own actions (mum's always there to help if he gets in a mess) and I am very proud of him in every way. Even my foster children are totally and utterly disgusted by the riots!

Can't believe that Nicky, I'm sick to the core with it. Mindless idiots!
There's been a couple of shop windows smashed in Cannock, evidently they're expecting it to kick off tonight!
I heard Wolvo had been a war zone today River!

Blakey I'm so glad the bus driver was OK, it'll probably cause her long lasting effects though It's horrendous that this is being allowed to go on, they're taking police from other areas, but what happens when the troubles spread futher. Just heard a 16 year old was arrested in Glasgow for trying to incite rioting there, he was very clever and posted it on Facebook! Sorry but got to laugh at the idiocy

Bring in conscription I say and put the scumbags to good use on the frontline in Afghanistan and let's see how brave they really are. I agree they'd make brilliant minesweepers! >

Yes I've heard that too, nothing on the news that I can see though.
It's bloody disgusting, the countries already in a mess and they're just causing untold damage and heartache - bastards want bloody shooting.

Tim I am so very very sorry to hear about your sad loss. It's awful to lose parents, especially when their loss is through cancer. I lost my own beloved father 9 years ago to cancer and I still miss him every day.
My thoughts are with you all at the time xxx

Well done Jemima, that's brilliant.
I use mine in the pub on the odd occasions that I go there, I've never had an issue like yours though! There's always going to be one drunken asshole let's face it! LOL

I think it's an excellent idea Jason You'd just have to make it very clear that the sales were private sales and that you're just offering the avenue to allow for the sales to take place, unless you were thinking of going down the route that Perps has mentioned above.
