Nicky you are doing really well hun Stop beating yourself up, it takes time. I found that I just used the ecig as a change of cigarette brand rather than thinking I'd quit smoking, that worked for me. You could also try putting the cash that you don't spend on cigs into a jar and see how it mounts up, that may also help as you're physically gaining something from the experience too. If you can switch your mindset it may just help to get rid of the 'give up smoking' thoughts Good luck and keep positive x

Brill Rog, sounds as though you had a great night I tend to vape indoors although I always ask first, funny thing is most places are clueless! I end up explaining what it is and what it gives out, they normally say 'fine' Jemima, I have been vaping for over a year now and still vape far more than I smoked even though some days I was smoking 40 roll ups a day. I know for me that I love the feel of the vapour in my mouth and that's why I vape constantly. I'm also still in a bit of shock that I no longer crave those disgustingly horrible ciggies LOL! The mad thing is that I can go on a 5 hour flight now and not need to smoke, before I would have 2 nicotine patches, have smoked about 10 ciggies before going into the departure lounge and drank several large vodkas and downed a sleeping pill. I can happily fly now without the need for alcohol and I don't need to vape on the flight, I may just nip in the loo and have a couple of puffs if I feel like it.

Love it Jerry LOL. That sounds awful Bel, bless her. I've been stung a few times, the last time was by a queen that was hibernating! My blasted cat used to get on the roof of my old house and the only way I could get her down was through the skylight window in my ensuite! I had to hang half way out and had leaned against the side, next thing I new I'd been 'stabbed' twice under my armpit, hurt like hell but the wasp paid dearly

Have you telephoned Cam by any chance Dee, that's been the best way I've found to contact him. . . . he's always got back to me if he's not been immediately available. As for GG sellers selling outside their approved territory - it depends what seller you contact. Thanks for that Perps I'll give it another go I did try phoning once but couldn't get him so gave up!

I mailed Cam ages ago for a atty fitting for my old GGTS with the UFS/AVS whatever it is. I wanted just the cap for the battery part, never got a reply. Imeo contacted me and said he'd send one to Cam for me but still not heard anything

If you go for the bigger battery option you should be able to get through a full day I ordered the bigger battery and extension cap as an addition. I have had some 'phallic' type comments from women with the Iatty on the Provari, with a normal tank atty or carto it's nothing like the said mentioned ladies thingwy

I contacted them as soon as the parcel arrived, haven't had a reply as yet but I'm sure they'll sort it out. My envelope was posted on 18th July and arrived 27th so 9 days with no customs hold up as it was only a $20 order
