Removed the ceramic cup and doubled up the coil tails and popped in place with the pins. The wick length is half of the supplied spares. CE4 silicon cap fitted - juice control/cone fully screwed down - full tank - and just vaped the lot. Loads of vapour and flavour and no leaks - very happy  Using a very small piece of BluTac half covering the airhole to get a good draw. |

That's interesting..Yes, that's the exception rather than the norm.. I was attempting to do the same with some spare ceramics I have lying around.. Yes it is an interesting set up. The ceramic "floats" and it is only when the cone/juice control is screwed on does it align to airflow tube. What gets me is one coil tail is secured by the mini screw part and the other is just poked down the hole - but it works ! I have the juice control screwed right down (to hold the ceramic in place) and it works ! Used the CE4 silicone cap as well. Playing with the airhole to adjust draw. Going to try now without the ceramic cup. |

Do I have a hybrid ? My coil is set in a loose ceramic cup with only one screw pin. It works but cannot see this ceramic item in other photos. Attachments:
