first thing i saw on news yesterday was that there was to be a decision on e-cigs regs spent many hours in a panic waiting for decision
then the news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
panicked went online and bought enough juice for about 2 years
then got a email from a supplier saying it would not come into force untill 2016 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BBC did not bother to give that info out
hope this makes you smile
one thing did hit me though i spent about £230 was grumbling to myself about it then realized i used to spend that a MONTH
on ciggies

i have been watching it all morning and when they first said that someone had pored a liquid and it had started to smoke i guessed what it was straight away
why it took them so long to work it out that it was safe is beyond me

torch went past end of my road tried to get a vid out of bedroom window and pressed power off button instead of shutter button panicked got it back on and ended up with wobbley vid with just a quick flicker of flame LOL

could be chrissie but if fluffy had been friendly to start with my lot would have been ok
simba the top cat was only interested not aggresive towards fluffy unlike jasper down the street who simba took a dislike to straight away and has regular fights with jasper's owner used to have another cat a big longhaired blue eyed beautie who we called the tail (the tail with a cat attached LOL)simba was fine with that one then there's stripey cat a tabby with no tail and again simba is fine with that one
simba is not an agressive cat normally quite the opposite i think he just wasn't going to put up with a newcomer talking to him like that LOL it also didn't help that up till then next doors yard had been simba's territory
