Lisa, If you are loving using an old elite carto filled with a new flavour maybe you have considered upgrading your kit to something else? You`ll be impressed by the performance of an ego battery kit over the e-lites. Im sure the ninjas will have some suggestions should you consider it

sorry that i havent been around much, i have my going out vaping kit and i got 2 ego twist set up with a vivi nova is it worth me in buying a lava tube or would i be better off saving my money and getting something else cant afford a provari at the moment, Only you can decide whether it was worth investing in a provari. You`ll have to justify whether the cost is worth it. I find it helps by comparing how much stuff costs in the way of packets of cigarettes. When you consider that a provari costs the same as 20 packets of marlboro it doesnt look so expensive Those 20 packs would have lasted me 10 days before

Like others have said, drink more, or vape more/maybe less depending on how much you smoked before.
You may possibly get headaches and cold like symptoms after coming off smokes, all the nasty toxics will being purged from your system..lasted a couple of days for me.

Another vote for the twist, its good priced and reliable. A good start VV, which I carry when I go out and about (while the provari sits at home ).

Sorry if this is all "old hat", but I am trying to understand the mixing of nicotine and how it is worked out. If I go to;- www.cig-eliquid.co.uk/18_ml_VG_52mg_base_nicotine/p649230_4992885.aspxthey are saying that if I use an 18ml bottle of 52mg nicotine base liquid and I want a 24mg mixture, then I need to add 21ml of VG to obtain 39ml of 24mg mix. Now, if I decided to buy say 100ml of 100mg nicotine base and I draw off 18ml into a beaker, do I simply add double the VG, say 42ml of VG to get the mix down to 24mg? 1st question is yes, you`ll have 24mg of unflavoured nicotine juice 2nd question is no, you`ll have 30mg juice. (18/60*100) ..for both remember that they are unflavoured so adding flavour will reduce the potentcy proportionately. Lobey, there are some juice calculators you can download or use web-based ones if that helps your calculations. You need to be certain of your measurements if you are going to mix, last thing we`d want is someone accidently poisoning themselves/pets/kids. Its also illegal to have nicotine in concentrations higher than 75mg/7.5% unless you have a poisons license, so 100mg is a definate no-no...assuming you can get it past customs...you are not supposed to use general post for transporting of poisons etc. This stuff is poison after all and people should be aware of handling it with safety equipment and dealing with any spills properly. ejuice.breaktru.com/www.liberty-flights.co.uk/calculator.aspwww.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Categories/ELiquidCalcHope that helps

Which flavours are those Azzie . . . the Cupcake ones? They do say " No artificial flavourings, no alcohol, gluten free, suitable for vegans all ingredients conform to EEC legislation " . . . I'm thinking you're concerned about Diacetyl possibly? Aye, diacetyl and isopropanol mainly. Thanks for the spec sheet Froggy. You guys have to let me know how the flavours compare to the other brands.

Are you guys sure that these flavourings dont have anything in them that we vapers shouldnt vape?
I dont want to put a dampner on people`s mixing attempts, but there seems little info and I dont want people to get sick.

..well you wouldn't unless you investigate or something went wrong > Edit: A good starting point is to check the contact details of a website vendor and check through the 'about' or terms to see if the registered company details are there along with VAT number.

In a way I am glad the insurance on selling e-juice is so high. It means that those I buy e-juice from are going to be dammed sure that the stuff they are selling is top notch and really safe. It does make you wonder if some of these vendors are properly insured, vat registered and actually setup as a trading entity. Expensive business indeed to do it properly/legally

'Formulations containing not more than 7.5% of nicotine are exempt '
So its 7.5%, 75mg max:
