Thank you, need to exercise big time because have put weight on and now with not smoking......... Would be a disaster if I put on any more. I like James idea of vaping (think it was spearmint) that helped him not to buy a candy bar.
Now well on the way to being a non smoker, need to find a way of not eating too much. Wish I could find a vape that would stop me eating

Day 6 and all OK.  Felt a bit less of a struggle yesterday and having bought trainers that do not kill my feet went for a nice long walk, vaped more too! Waiting for 24mg juice to arrive and will see how that goes. Have bored son with triumphs of non smoking but am waiting until day 8 to impress anti smoking sister. Old habits die hard 'though, was too worried about vaping in the bus station whilst waiting for bus and went outside.... Will finish computer work and then off for another walk.  |

Day 4 of non smoking. Still struggling a bit to get it right and still would like a ciggie....... Think this is because I don't vape that much due to using the higher strength juice and the strong throat hit. Am about to chat with Hanow and then probably order some lower nic e juice. Am determined to keep going, have never been this long without a cig

Day 2 of non smoking. Less of a sore throat than I had yesterday which is good. Struggled a little last night - didn't reach for a ciggie but wanted something more than a vape, difficult to explain.
I think I may need a lower nic version of whatever flavour. Am getting a really big throat hit with the 35mg, it may be too strong. Looking forward to trying more flavours / reduced strength til I get it right.
Am pleased that I have managed 24 hours now. first time ever I have had a day without cigs - after over 30 years and I will do this.

4 hours since last ciggie and postman arriving with Riva kit. All good so far. Am having the odd dementia moment when I look for the ashtray / lighter, then see my Riva and accept thats my way forward from now on.

Hi James, thank you so much for that, am puffing quite nicely on Marli B at the moment. Have a bit of a sore throat from yesterday (rollies) but so far like the taste. Nearly 4 hours with no ciggies - yes!

Hi James, my tastes are very similar to Hanow however, I think I smoked slightly lighter cigarettes than she did (wow, past tense) before I went on to rollies. I will go to your site now and have a look. Must get started asap, have lovely cough this morning.

Hi Jimmy, I am Hanow's friend and she suggested I get in touch with you for information on e-jiuce. I have smoked for over 30 years and was smoking Malborough lights until about six months ago when I changed to roll-ups. I've been using Player's Gold Leaf for rollies. I've ordered my Riva 510 today and would appreciate your thoughts on what e juices I should try to start with
