Hi Joan Both for me. I've had 9 rollies today (will probably have 1 more before bed) but I am (was?) a heavy smoker, smoking 40+ rollies a day. Yesterday I had a total of 18 so I have halved the amount smoked in a couple of days (I got my e-cig on Wednesday), but I'm taking it one day at a time  Jax That's 52 rollies avoided already jax  Crikey! Now I know why people say count the ones you dont smoke, that's bloomin' amazing for me!! |

Thanks all - I love this place! Karma, I ordered the Riva last night (as soon as Jason had restocked) Jason has posted it out this morning so fingers crossed it may arrive tomorrow... Womble, lots of wine eh? now that my kind of thinking (although its a bit early for me)  I can see I am going to have to sort out somewhere to keep all my kit (I've found the suppliers list and discount codes!!) where do you all keep yours? |

arrghhhhh....I have worn out both batteries of my e-ciggie, I have them both on charge but have had to resort to the nasties for now *mad*
But....still less than half the rollies I smoked on Monday...
