Now there's a plan Perpetua  Update from today, I've smoked 12 rollies which is about a quarter of what I smoked on Monday!! I feel like I am getting on great with the e-cig cig a like but have found that the battery is running out really quickly (too much use lol) which accounts for the rollies smoked so I have just ordered one of these vapeescape.co.uk/the-ve-riva-1100-deluxe-kit~151 from Jason (I had a little panic earlier as they were showing out of stock, dropped an email to Jason who reassured me that there would be more available tomorrow) along with some juice and samples to try |

I have been using the e-cig on and off since I received it earlier today - have still been smoking my rollies but I haven't smoked as many as I have been so thats a good sign  *puts lighter in baccy tin* Thanks for that tip kruegerbait!! |

Thanks Chrissie Yes am well on the way to recovery, in fact I am due back at work on 2 July so this seems an ideal time for me to try things out in the world of vaping (especially as I am at home to take delivery of any parcels ) |

Thank you all so much for the welcomes I'm overwhelmed! I'm currently off work following surgery 3 weeks ago so thought I would have a look at e-cigs as being at home all day has seen the amount of tobacco I smoke rise alarmingly! (I converted to rolling my own a couple of years ago). Hopefully vaping will be for me - no pressure, just baby steps from here on in. |

Hi! I followed a link from the MSE website here a couple of days ago when I was looking for info on e-cigs. Since then I have ordered (and received) a basic rechargeable e-cig from Jason @ Vapeescape to try out (excellent service and delivery btw!) If I get on ok with it then I think I will definitely be ordering something more substantial. I have never seriously considered giving up smoking, I enjoy it too much, but have half heartedly tried patches and an nrt inhalator to try and lessen the constant nagging of some healthcare professionals - obviously they didn't work. I still dont want to give up smoking but...and its a big BUT vaping might just change my mind on that. I only received my e-cig today and I am impressed to say the least No doubt I will be needing lots of answers soon. Hope you are all well. Jax |
