sej016 personally I am not a lover of the form of pipes, having said that I can say that when I look at yours I can see the workmanship and quality of your creations, congratulations. Thank you for the compliment. E-Pipes bring a whole different dimension to vaping. They are well suited to it. |

I think if paypal object so strongly to there payment system being used for ecigs end accessories then why not put something in place preventing it ....... Oh yes they will lose money thats why. Jay They have - their rules, they closed all accounts for USA ecig companies several years ago, when the FDA claimed they were medicines. The didn't notice that the FDA lost that argument in the courts. This is why USA ecig vendors don't normally use Paypal, whilst those in Europe do.
Ebay police ecigs in the same way they police everything - via user reports, they pull hundreds of listings every day.
Indeed, I have had a listing for one of my e-Pipes pulled by eBay (but not others, strangely) twice last month. (Apparently this happens if someone complains) It is this kind of incoherent, inconsistent and arbitrary type of action that has lead to listing my pipe sales on my web site now. They quoted FDA mistaken rules to me (which, of course, have no relevance outside the US). But they continue to list smoking pipes, eGo e-cigs disguised as "shisha" stuff and so forth ! |

Technically never discharge below 2.7V, as the battery cannot be recharged if it falls below this.
Practically, you're looking at 3.2V - to give yourself some margin.
For high loads/low ohms devices, work on 3.5V.

The only problem with IMR unprotected batteries is that it is possible to drain them too far. Protected won't let you do this.
If they're in a mod with electronics then that normally takes care of it.
If in a mech. mod, then you have to be aware of their charge state yourself.

After an encouraging start with sales direct from my website at www.pipevapes.co.uk/catalog.php I may well move away from eBay and the problems they present. I'd only just got the eShop up and running, posted a pipe and it sold before the ink was dry. I did want to make sure any bugs were ironed out first, but I guess the only way to do that is to try it. |

eBay, in their own inimitable, inconsistent and arbitrary fashion have been pulling some of my pipe listings as they say they are contrary to their policies, so this pipe is now listed as a DIRECT sale from my website. I'm also going on the size of the chamfers on the shoulders, the size of the o-rings and the diameter of the vapour chamber. All slightly different.
