Pacer, I'm interested in what you write as I have a provari and use vivi novas on it. I too get through about 2 heads a week (at least), but it depends on the head. I bought about 25 and a few whole units. I'm not sure what you mean by "I go through a tank a week" I presume you don't mean a tank of liquid, but you can't wear out the tanks, they last for what seems for ever. The heads are different and seem to come with some working very well and some not. When they start not producing the flavour I desire, I wash then in hot water and leave them to dry, they are always good when I use them again, the good ones get better in fact. The bad ones probably need to be rebuilt with wire and wick, but I haven't needed to do that yet. I'm in Oundle, in you want to come over and have a go with my provari, you are more that welcome. And discuss the vivi's etc. Womble I don’t make myself very clear when trying to say something, I guess by now many have noticed my spelling and grammar is C*** that's why i don't post unless I have to. Anyway back on track, I really mean tanks it’s costing me a dam fortune. The problem is I’m addicted to Vermillion River Salmiakki, it really needs a metal or stainless tank, it strips the plastic of the Vivi’s and btw I’m now on my 2nd Gripper. So I must make sure that when I purchase my Provari next week I need to find a suitable tank for it. I also find with the Vivi’s I’m just not getting the flavour. I do, like you wash wicks daily or every other day, but still find the flavour lacking. I have kept quite about this because I know most people rate them very highly; they just don’t do it for me. I have just switched to the Visions V3 and the flavour is just superb in my opinion, however I’m off the Salmiakki at the moment, until I find something that it works with. O’M.G Just noticed your kind offer and the fact that you are only 20 minutes away from me. I may well take you up on that offer, if so I will PM you.

Thanks guys, an 18650 in the Gripper is doing me a day only I have to change the batteries in the evening, so it looks like the mini is going to be no good to me. Is anyone aware who is holding stock of the standard ones, I know e-cig wizards had some of to have a look. brianfletch, would my existing 2 18650 batteries be no good for the new Provari? I see you say 18490! There's a chrome V2 blue led with end cap and batteries on UKV for £165 right now ukvapers.org/Thread-FS-Chrome-Provari-v2-blue-ledEdit: now sold Bugger One, I missed that only just found your post, many thanks. We have to be so dam quick when things like that come along.

Many kind thanks guys, I really think before I asked the question the Provari was slightly winning in my head.
You have helped me confirm it’s a Provari… Now where to purchase one? I see Carl Vapist has plenty of the mini ones.
Is it as simple as purchasing a mini you get the best of both as you can turn it into a standard size one. I know I will need to purchase two different types of batteries.
If so Monday morning that’s what I’m going to order.

Sure can, iv recoiled mine a few times, using the same method as the vivi nova Help me out here please Bigg, as on the Vivi you just unscrew the top and slot a new head on, but on the vision the neck is to narrow unless you can do it from the bottom?

I‘m struggling to make my mind up here, on what to purchase.
I’m not sure how a mesh wick vape compared to a Vivi; I also don’t know how I would get on making them up… I also have no idea just how long a mesh wick will last.
Being a heavy vaper I’m going though Vivi like there going out of fashion I would say around a tank a week and maybe 2 heads, I vape around 5ml a day.
I have watched Scott’s video many times, but he makes it looks so easy.
Many thanks

Just wondering if it’s possible to replace the wick and head on these like you can on the Vivi Nova.
one packed up on me today, I thought it was the Gripper at first, but thankfully I received 2 new ones in the post today so switched to a new one and all is well!
I can’t see that there is anything that can go wrong with them? they also look like a sealed unit to me.
I thought I saw a video maybe from Des about how to change the wicks?
The Vision that went has only been on for 3 days at the most.
I have only just switched to them this week, as I find they give more flavour.
