Speaking as a RGN that worked in ITU/CCU,it should help.One of the big problems is that in ciggie smoke there are over 4000 toxic gases,these irritate the lung lining and produce mucus.In e juices,you just have Nicotine,the base carrier(PG/VG) and flavourings.So hes already getting the Nicotine,some people can be sensitive to PG and some flavourings but thats not a common occurance.I would let him try a few tokes on your setup and see what he thinks of it.He may need a higher Nic level,but thats not a problem.
