Great service from these guy's.
I placed my order with these guy's after reading on another thread about their current offer of 40% off during the Olympics.
I placed my order fairly late in the evening of 09/08 and I received an e-mail from them shortly afterwards confirming my purchase and informing me that they would be throwing in a free 5ml sample of my choice.
I had a slight payment problem due to myself not knowing where to input the discount code during the purchase process but this was remedied swiftly and easily and the freebie flavour confirmed all via e-mail and today my order has just came through my letterbox.
Their flavour range is a little limited at this moment in time but I'm sure this will grow.
So for great customer service and swift delivery these guy's can't be beat.

All seems fine today, not pulling so long on the unit...so it was probably me all along, lol. Many thanks all for the suggestions.

Thanks for all the support and suggestions guy's. I have just taken a pull on the unit, and tried to do a quick count in my head at the same time...and it may just be possible that I'm pressing the button up to the 16 second safety cut off. I think I may need to adjust how I vape...lol.

Many thanks Karma. It's a flanged carto. I think I may have found a possible solution to the problem...it may be air pressure building up. I took the carto out slightly and then re-inserted and it seems to be fine now....keeping my fingers crossed...

Hi guy's,
I hope someone can tell me where I'm going wrong with this carto.
I put a new carto in my DC tank last night and it was vaping well...loads of vapour and flavour. I took the same carto and tank combination to work today and all was well until this afternoon...on the way home from work I noticed that it was getting harder to get a pull and the vapour and flavour were really dropping off, so I un-screwed said carto-tank and noticed a pool of juice on the top of my Provari...so I blew through the carto while it was un-screwed and there was a lot of juice coming from the bottom end. I left it un-screwed for a while (1hr) hoping that any juice left in the air pipe of the carto would evaporate...so I have just re-attached the carto and tank to my Provari again and it is still flooding.
Can anyone explain to me whats up ??
Many thanks.

Hi barbs, welcome to the forum from another newbie to this world of vaping.
I don't know your budget but these are great...http://www.provape.com/provari-variable-voltage-ecig-s/36.htm Very expensive but fantastic quality even although I'm having a little teething problem with mines at the mo'...lol...and the battery that goes in it should last you all day.

Thanks matty and blakey.
I have found that Maplins sell the alcohol, so a trip to Maplins tomorrow...me thinks. I'll let you all know if this sorts it out.

No, no error codes.
I have just been over to the Provape site looking at their troubleshooting guides and they do mention intermittent power loss there.
They say it may be the terminals inside the unit or on the battery. To resolve it - get a long cotton bud thing and some isopropyl alcohol 99% (preffered) or 91% and clean the terminals.
There may be some manufacturing gunk or something in there so hopefully it is a simple as that.

Many Thanks.
