Where am I going wrong? I'm still having days where I don't touch my ecig and am still smoking at least 3-4 a day granted its less than I was smoking but I can't seem to make the change over completely. I've got flavours I like and juice that's 18mg I feel like I'm wasting money on both fronts buying vaping stuff and cigs. Any advice to get me fully on e cigs would be helpful. I can't afford new kit at the mo since I'm still smoking and I know that if I stopped buying cigs then I could buy the riva I really want but I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. Could it be I just have no willpower?

I have a small swap if anyone is interested I'm wanting something minty in return that's 18mg + and VG only or mostly VG
What I have is 10ml health cabin apple 18mg VG only it's had about a ml out of it. I'm just not liking it. I could also swap the same in cherry that's had about 2ml out.
Offers considered I dont expect alot but hey worth a try.

This might be one for Jason but...... Has anyone visited the vape escape shop? Also is there somewhere I can go and have a proper look at the stuff? I'm already thinking of upgrading my ecig to a riva or something of the sort  but really want to handle the goods before buying. I've mentioned vape escape as its one of the places I can get to quite easily (straight up the m62) |

I've had a go with the tobacco cart today throat is just as bad. Then had a go on the menthol and it's not as bad?? I wonder if the tobac made it worse so the menth didn't hurt lol

I've been looking at paradise vape website and will order some next week. They let you choose the pg vg. I also saw some other site that I can't remember the name ....... But you can customise your juice.

Perpetua yes I've tried hold it in mouth and also sticking my tounge in front of the vapour so it doesn't hit my throat it's just as soon as it enters my mouth my throat acts up.

I've had a relapse and have been back on the ciggies for 2 weeks now. I've decided to give vaping another go after my sore throat stopped me vaping when I tried first time. I started yesterday and my throat is so bad now I can't vape at all it feels like powder hitting the back of my throat. I must be going wrong somewhere. I'm thinking of getting a vg only juice and have tried different strength nics to see if it's that. Any ideas? Do I need to try a different technique? If so please explain lol
