Hi Barbs, I am new too and still very confused.
I phoned Jason at www.vapeescape.co.uk he listened to my needs and how I needed it all to be as easy as possible and made recommendations to suit me.

Needles syringes Oh dear hubby would think I had started mainlining the stuff.

24 hours Since I last had a smoke. I doubt that would of happened so soon if it wasn't for the stories and encouragement on here.

Very early days for me, biggest thrill is vaping in places I wouldn't smoke, the house and the car for starters... longing to be really wicked and try a quick one in the supermarket

That is reassuring pedaldog thanks. It catches me by surprise sometimes and I swear a spit of the juice lands on my tongue.
Grizwalds "Arctic Honey" does sound nice, I have 5 sampler Grizwalds and am getting sort of used to the black cat, the cocomel one put me off when I first tried it and its sitting there tempting me to try again. I cant try any others until I wash one out or buy some holders.

I too have trouble getting off to sleep, I get really tired in the afternoon/early evening then am wide awake til the wee small hours.
Someone somewhere back in my past suggested imagining yourself on a cliff overlooking a warm inviting sandy beach.
You can hear the waves and have to walk down 100 steps carved into the cliff. As you go down count backwards slowly. At the same time feel your feet then legs and all the way up the body getting warmer, heavier and more tired . It used to work, I never did reach the beach.
I had forgotten all about it and will have to retry it

Mine has some bits of string in the top (that are a swine to rethread if your a bit clumsy and can't find your glasses) cant see it on there.
I will have to phone up and ask in a week or so, at least I have 2 so if one goes wrong I should have time to get it sorted.

I have ordered a variety of menthol from a few recommended places and cannot wait for them to get here.
I have been very sparing using my stuff so far just in case I get too hooked and run out.
Pleased with myself today though only 4 ciggys and that was more to do with frustration searching out the VG ones. Some sites don't say what they are made up with or I am missing something.
