Shyly peers round from behind the potted plant in the corner.
Hi to everyone, I have been smoking for 40+ years with a break for several when I went cold turkey. Sadly I never got over the need and restarted again. It's now time to quit the smelly stuff but keep the craving at bay.
So I took the plunge after scouring boards getting more and more confused and overwhelmed, smoking more than I usually did and then chatting to a very nice Gent I bought myself a VE Vision 1000 Ultimate with a small selection of juices. Not quite stopped the cigarettes yet but down to 5 or 6 a day now.
Now there is the juice confusion to deal with. I have tried a sweet one, a menthol one and a fruity one but so far the only one I like is the menthol. Can anyone recommend a really nice menthol for all day use until I can get my head round the fact I am not smoking a cigarette, but enjoying my nicotine hit in a much nicer way. There are so many juices to browse through, I thought I would ask the experts.
I think I would like to try all VG too, would that be ok with the kit I have? Will I need to dilute it a bit and if so with what?
There is so much to learn, it's not like nipping to the shop for a packet is it.

Hi esk , welcome to the forum. . Well down with the Cutting down, you're doing great ! Vape escape do a nice menthol if that's what you like, also if you have fruity flavours you're not keen on put a couple of drops of menthol in them and that peps them up There is much to learn , you're right but is good fun too

Hi Welcome to the forum and well done You aren't alone with the menthol that's all I use it seems too ( I havn't been at it long either ) I've tried quite a few menthols and setlled on health-e-vapes menthol or Vapour Juices menthol , I also found I like their moonshine peppermint What I like may not be your preference of course but you asked fo recommendations ..................and yes you can get all VG in it. I have been advised to dilute with de-ionised water.

beautycat and Malibu Gosh you are quick to reply Thank you I will look into those. Moonshine is that an alcohol type one? sounds good if it is. I will also try to mix a bit of menthol into the others. I didn't know you could do that with ready made juice.

No it's not just a brand name ( I think) Most of them do 5ml tester bottles. All the supliers I have used from this forum have been absolutely brilliant and will help you all they can. Check out the suppliers section. I have a 5ml bottle of vapour juice mentholy insane which seems strong. I add a few drops of that to things I try and don't like.

Moonshine is the brand name I think . I usually have mostly fruit juice but when I want a bit of umph I drop a few drops into the vision I am using, there are alcoholic type juices but I don't think they have much if any alcohol in #icon_rofl#

Darn heh heh.
There are so many topics in the suppliers section I don't know where to start. Once I have enough to satisfy (and not panic about running out) for several days I can take the time to check them all out. You have both been very helpful thank you

Hello Esk and #welcome2# from me too Well done on cutting down so much. It gets easier once you find kit and juice that you like but it is all just trial and error at the beginning. It is handy that you like menthol as already mentioned a few drops will transform any juice your not too keen on! Always worth a browse around here, juice will be mixed pure VG if you aask for it in the drop down box paradisevapeuk.vstore.ca/index.php/cName/ejuice/osCsid=64e6699a9d427632ad37111d3d70bd80

Hi karma thank you too
Are discounts allowed for the juices. Oh heck I forgot all about the chicken roasting in the oven. Better go and rescue it.

Unfortunately Paradise Vape doesn't do discount but the prices are reasonable as is postage It's always a good one to look at in the beginning as it shows just what a range of flavours is available. PV has nearly 250 Has to be something for everyone

Hi Johnboy Chicken saved although it looked a little too tanned but not dry, rather crunchy roast potatoes though.
Sorry to hear about the heart attack, well done throwing the lot away. I am too scared to do that just yet. Not until I have plenty of juice. Do you honestly feel better for it?
