I finally got a tracking number on Saturday, 6 days after I placed the order. Not impressed as I paid $36 for fast shipping.

Bit disappointed with VB. Placed a big order on Sunday and it still hasn't shipped. No response to email. I thought they were supposed to have their gear in stock as opposed to FT. I feel the same Pauly. I ordered on Sunday night and paid $36.57 for DHL 7(ish) day delivery and the site is still at payment accepted. I was up late on Wednesday and managed to get hold of Karen on live chat and was informed the parcel had been posted and gave me a tracking number that didn't work, She then told me I would get a working tracking number on Thursday but nothing came. |

The problem we have is this forum has become social, it was social when I used it but it's here for the sole reason of educating people and helping them through that very hard time of giving up tobacco. This isn't a chat room, the people here want to help you quit the evils, they don't get paid for it but they do their best to help.
They helped me and I will be forever thankful.

Jag, I don't post much now but I do still read the forum and like your posts, the thing is this forum is here to help people with converting from tobacco. I know we can all have a laugh but the thing is this forum has been threatened by parts that are not in the mods control, would you rather risking that knowledge being lost for the sake of a joke?

I love this forum, without it I would have probably gone back to tobacco. We need to remember what's important on here, what it's given us and what it can do for all future converts. Think of the children people, the children...
