My other half is so bad I spent 2 days crying over our new dishwasher which was still not fitted 3 days later and water kept splurting out....eventually did it all by myself - can't help with toilets unfortunately but a dab hand if anyone needs advice on fitting dishwashers

My own little personal experience has been that at the begiining of vaping in the first month I didn't stop smoking altogether, I gradually had less cigs per day and they tasted more vile each time, eventally I was offered one at a party and I simply could not smoke it. Put it out and that was(almost) the last one....that was in November 2009. January 2010 in the snow I remember a car accident on new years day and I was terribly shaken - another person in car with me had cigarettes....I took one and it was awful...I smoked it but I had no desire to have another, the hold they hjad over me was gone.

I promised myself after that I would never pressure myself about the idea that I might start again.....becuase really....if I had another it wouldn't be the end of the world....as long as I have my ecigarette if I did fall off the wagon as it were I could get right back on again with a tastier and healthier alternative. Lots of vapers smoke aswell and switch between the two.....in an interview I did with Carl Phillips (tobacco harm reduction.org) recently he has concluded that you could vape for the rest of your life and do less damage than one month smoking (on average) but instead of thinking that every cigarette is killing you think about the ones you are not having....a couple here and there are bad but the stress of giving up and possibly ditching ecigs altogether is worse.

For me vaping has changed the habit significantly enough that in a crisis now I may take out the 24mg (I use 12 day to day) and vape that for a bit but theres no ties to certain times for a smoke like waiting for a bus, after dinner, before breakfast anymore....I vape anytime I want to so theres no one thing ecigs are associated with - except for watching a movie in bed....love to vape in bed as I could never smoke in bed!
