Hello vapourised and welcome to this great forum.  I've only been vaping for about a month and not had a stinkie for three weeks and haven't had any cravings at all. I'm using the Riva kit with a selection of 18mg juices so I think you'll do fine with your set up. Good luck! |

Well done Pam! I celebrated my third week of not smoking yesterday and it's a great feeling, isn't it? I go to turkey on Monday and am really hoping I can vape ok there, as I would hate to take a step backwards, after doing so well. I do drink lots of water anyway and even more when I'm there, so don't think dehydration will be a problem for me. I'm more concerned about the effect the heat will have on my juice. I'm looking forward to going through duty free and spending my money on perfume instead of ciggies, although my husband will no doubt use my allowance for tobacco. |

Hello Jez and welcome to the forum In answer to your question, my friend's husband stopped smoking by using Nicocigs (the rechargeable type) and that is what set me off looking into vaping myself. The refills for them are very expensive and they don't last for long. I think you could find much better options by reading and asking on this forum. I started vaping by sending for this www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-ve-riva-1100-deluxe-kit~151 and would recommend it. |

Yes Pam, they fit on the Rivas as that's what I'm using them on. I can't explain the difference they make to vaping but I'm finding it much better and they are so easy to use too. The Vivi Nova looks a bit top heavy on the Riva but doesn't look out of place and they hold plenty of juice. The Mini, obviously smaller, looks really nice on it. You might want to get the plinths as well when you order. You don't need to have them but they cover the threads where the Nova fits onto the battery and make it look more finished off. |
