Just to thanks to all that has helped me along the way to reach 12 months cig free .
This seemed unbelievable when I stopped smoking last July AND IF I CAN DO IT ANYONE CAN !!! I feel so much better in myself , breathing, my teeth are white ,my cloths smell fresh, food tastes better & I can walk for miles. I have also been told my skin looks clearer & look younger !!!!

Try to find a non tobacco you like . I tried loads to find the REAL tobacco flavour but never did . I will also say if I had stayed on the tobacco flavours I would be smoking again . But with the help of this forum they introduced me to all the other wonderful flavours & its 11 months smoke free |
