This is a cracking tool, and really nicely made too, Matt's done a bang-up job! Really like being able to test the voltage drop under load, and will definitely be using this to help with recoiling Had a meter for months, but chucked it back in it's box because it was too fiddly to use, well it's out now so finally getting use from it! I did have a problem getting it to connect on some mods, but then realised that the rubber sleeving was protruding a bit, snipped it carefully away and it screwed on perfectly, this may be a problem with mods with low flying 510 posts (and helped me identify which mods had that problem, so 2for1!)

Wow, really impressive prices, especially on protank heads! Knocks the competition away! icon_shoppingm
Just placed my order, good stuff, only thing I'd prefer would be option for paypal - makes things so much easier for buyers...

That's a really interesting piece - it frames the argument in a different way and might have more impact on the ANTZ than the health benefits - they really want to destroy Big T, not save lives...

I'd go with a proper mini box over a mediaplayer - alternative to the lenovo is the zbox like this (will require ram and internal HDD. I've got one of the older ones and it works great! Altho, with my Sony TV I can just plug my ext HDD into the tv and play films directly (less hassle). Only accepts MP4 tho...

All the mini novas I've had have only been marked up to 2.0ml, but advertised as 2.5ml - I always assumed that the actual capacity was 2.5ml, but you have to fill up to the bottom of the coil to get that.
Edit: Just seen the fasttech link, they do look different to Vision mini novas. Odd. I just assumed everyone copied the basic design and only messed with the pole-head connector. *shuffles*

When I had my wisdom teeth out, I wadded a small amount of gauze over/in the holes whilst smoking to stop suction dislodging the clot, don't know if this is a good idea (medically) but it worked for me... Also +1 to salt water rinse! Good luck with the healing (btw, for anyone who's had knockout surgery as a smoker: did you quit smoking 6 weeks before the op as advised by the nurse? I tried, and managed to stop for 48 hours before surgery... only achieved by slapping on 24 hour patches though! I'm guessing that they wouldn't be happy with us vaping either - nicotine restricts blood oxygen flow..)

I found there wasn't enough airflow to get the evod to work on my vamo (v1?/v2? not sure) without an adapter. Works perfectly on an SVD though!

Before the spare protank heads came on sale, I bought evod heads to swap through my protank. It's a bit of a bugger getting that central tube out and swapping it over though. Didn't try just straight swapping as I feared leakage, but I don't actually know if it would cause any problems...

As with all batteries there will come a point of diminishing returns where it doesn't charge quite so well, and some makes of battery are known for overestimating the mah they actually deliver. I only use AW IMR and Efests and they have performed very well so far (over last six months or so). They're supposed to have around 500 charging cycles in them, and with 5 18650's being cycled through, I doubt any of mine have hit a quarter of that. Meh, in the end they are a consumable, and when they're dead they're dead, but approx 1.5 years (daily charge) per £9-12 battery seems like a bargain... always have a backup, and a backup to the backup and a... well you get the gist

Heh, couldn't wait a week for the rough edges to smooth out... Dremel'd! Now the bevels are reasonably smooth, don't catch on my fingers and can use as my take to work mod - awesome! Bit of discoloration from sanding the edges, I'll polish them out sometime, but for now I'm happy with my SVD again! I agree, for the price, the SVD is brilliant - tons of features, fairly decent looks, and I especially like that I can screw an evod in without an adapter. So... 8/10

I like many of the features of my SVD, but I really can't get on with the telescopic tube! I don't like the edges on the bevelling, and will be giving it a bit of the dremel to try and soften it down a bit. But I thought I'd ask if anyone knows of any other tubes that are compatible with the SVD's diameter/threads? It'd also be good if I could find a base cap which fits on the SVD without the telescope - it would probably need to be a couple of centimeters to give room for the spring, but then you could have a mini-SVD for 18350 work!
Am I crazy? It's jsut that my provari is so comfortable in the hand, the SVD really falls down against it in feel (well, obviously in price also!).
