One of the reasons I decided not to use polycarbonate tubes on my tanks was that there is no food safe certificate with them as there is for the PMMA tubes that I use, PMMA is also more resistant to tube cracking from juice (just one so far). The ingredients in juice are so widely used in other products it is hard to see that there would be a problem with them. Indeed 14 months down the road I feel great and when my hands are not busy with something I chain vape.

Not sure if you saw this at the time it was being run, but it might be worth speaking to Macca for details of this manufacturer. Pretty sure it was someone Macca managed to source relatively close to him, & I don't think the numbers we ordered were huge. I don't have one of your tanks ATM, always seem to miss the colours I want  , but the ones I've got all have pyrex tanks, purely so I don't have to worry cracking issues with certain juices. Don't fancy a lap full of cinnamon  If peeps especially in the USA are buying the bedazzled tanks there must be a demand for glass. I am not sure but I don't think bedazzled tubes are Pyrex, hence the question as pyrex glass will be better than standard glass for crack resistance (although I only have 2 juices at the moment that have cracked my acrylic tubes and one of them is a bit iffy) but the cost is high for what we get. |

I have a question for all you tank users would you be prepared to pay an extra £10 for a pyrex tube to suit the tanks I make?
I have found a supplier of the right size Pyrex tubing for the tanks but they have a very high minimum order charge and I am just wondering if it would be worth getting some in stock.

It's not my Birthday until March, perhaps there will be a black, purple and silver swirley design by then  Is there a drool smiley? Just now I am making a pedestal desk for the summer shows that we do so all the tank making stuff is put away but I have plenty in stock and by March it will be out again as I will have an order for tanks to fill for America and I will be making more for you all at the same time, There will be new colors by then as well as the lovely California colors from the last batch. |

I also live in carlisle and only just noticed Ashdog is in Penrith  :-[Is it possible to come and pick one of these up and then i can choose a perfect tank which looks the dogs on both the SS Vamo and Z-Max?We will have to arrange a small vape meet.I need a new carto tank that works well,most of mine are knackered and beaten up now  Yes by all means come and visit the workshop, and have a look at all the tanks I have in stock. Quick question, sorry if it sounds daft. How do you use these? do they take the same things as DC tanks? Or is there different heads etc. I really love F from the ego sized tanks. As they come they use standard size cartos or I can supply a longer tube that let you use dual coil cartos, the only thing is they would sit on top of the flange on a duel coil, there is no recess for the flange to go into as there is on dc tanks. Tank F is available if you would like it, I can supply a carto punched and fitted to get you started if you like. |

I thought I would show you something different to start the new year. A carto punch that makes it very easy to make a neat set of holes ready for use in the tanks. they are made from a variety of woods (going round clockwise from the center) Sycamore,Brown Oak,American Black Walnut, Elm and Cherry. The length stop can be set using finger tight (you don't need tools).
