Where's everyone getting Nic base from?

Hello

I've got some money to spend thanks to last night's gig so I'm going to get a mixing kit together. I've got a list together, but was wondering where people are getting their Nic base from. I don't mind waiting a bit longer for overseas postage if it's considerably cheaper.

I've seen on other threads that this is freezable. Is it better to get VG or PG base if you're going to be storing it this way?

PG or VG its a personal choice - look at what you are vaping at the moment.

If you are just starting out with mixing, you are probably best starting with a kit.

I started mixing about 3 months ago and have learned a lot in that time between reading the excellent topics here and just mucking about trying this and that at home.

Although you can buy nic base in the strength you would use to vape, most people buy it in higher strength and then dilute it to the strength they require and there are many mixing charts online tat will give you the measurements you require.
70pg/30vg is a popular mix although I prefer 50pg/50vg for me.
I mix about half of my e-juices at 36mg and half at 24mg.

Mixing my own allows me a choice of strengths and flavours that are better suited for my personal choice.

Ofcourse I still buy ready made e-juice from time to time, just to try out new flavours.

There is too much to write on mixing and so, if you haven't done it before, start small and give yourself time to take it all in.

As the other guys Sarah, I've used most of them, depending who had the best price at the time . . . it will make no difference whether you buy PG or VG base for freezing.

I'm doing the rounds of local Chemists when I'm out shopping . . picked up 4 x 200ml glass bottles for 10p each the other day.


Sad, that this small bargain gives me such pleasure.

Wash out wine bottles is what I say.

Thanks for responses guys and gals. Done loads of reading on this so I'm pretty sure what I want. I'll do some shopping around tonight for the nic base and see which comes up cheapest.

I've just bought 500ml PG nic base and 500ml VG nic base from Nic Vape in the USA.
The last time I bought from there was over the Christmas Period when postage was busy and it took just 8 days to come through.

I have also bought 25 x 100ml glass bottles and I will decant the nic base into theese before putting them in the freezer.

I think you will find that whoever sends you nic base will, on the label, price it under the customs threshold of interest.
