First i tried and it was a winner.
Ive not tried any others and been smoke free over 65 days

I use a dekang menthol juice. I love it. I think i was just lucky the first juice i tried i liked. I know many more people that like to experiment so its all trial and error.

Looking at buying some boge cartomisers now as my egoc ones are always leaking. How long do these tend to last for. I see you can get 5 in a pack. What about wicking. How often do you replace the wicks. Do i need a tip for the boges. Decisions decisions and thanks again for any advice.

Woo hoo 3 weeks off the fags. Doing so well. Not really craving cigs and theecig is giving me everything i need. I do like smoking so the ecig has givenme a healthier option.

Ive got an app on my phone similar to the banners on the bottom of peoples posts telling me how long ive stopped/saved. Ive also been lucky that one of the first menthol juices i tried ive stuck with. My taste buds are still good. Once when i wasnt getting the hit i smoked my ecig out the corner of my mouth and got that hit i needed.

Thanks folks just getting my head around it all. Obviously once my atomizers are finished i will move onto something new. Thats me smoke free for two weeks now but have a sore throat today. Prob too much vaping.

I am 2 weeks into vaping and wondered what the more experienced posters thought of my equipment and any recommedations what i should upgrade to next once this breaks or any add ons.
I vape from a joyetech ego c.
Also what do you think of tecc. The electronic cigarette company. I thought they were very helpful when starting out before i found this forum.

I read it too and i have recently converted to.vapping. I think anything better than smoking is better for you. They may be a health risk to vaping but overall it is more healthier in my opinion

Excellent tips folks.
I started vaping with the PCC kit, it was alright but started the proper smoking again.
This time i bought a decent bit of kit from TECC- Joyetech ego-c and it is superb. Hoping it works this time and even roped some friends in.
