I'm in the same boat as you ewol, I can taste very little of any flavours, everything just tastes wishy-washy, if it tastes of anything much at all, and it is very frustrating. I've tried various different flavours, 12 in total, even getting some made with extra strength flavour, and still I can't really taste anything, with the exception of menthol. So, I'm still on my quest to find a flavour I can really taste, and as it's pay day I shall be buying a few more flavours from vendors i've not tried yet to see if i can find anything that actually hits the spot. But hang in there, as I am, as I do believe that despite this, it's still a damn site better than smoking.  |

Hi Wardy, well done on quitting the rollies. I started with Skycigs too, and I too kicked the evil weed using them, but soon found I needed something with more oomph so I'm now using a Riva. I agree with the juice obsession, finding the perfect juice is like searching for a needle in a haystack - so many to choose from and so many that aren't quite right! But I will get there in the end, only another million to try lol. Good luck with it all. |

Don't get me wrong, my OH is over the moon I've given up the cigs, but he is finding it hard to get his head around all this 'vaping' stuff and my enthusiasm for it alll. I tried to tell him it's the same as him and all his 'Porsche' stuff. Car nut he is, so he has his own obsessions!  |

Ecigs are a funny thing....we are in the minority so we stick together and help each other out and it's really nice to be a small part of Having said that I was at a concert lastnight and saw at least 5 other vapers there which was lovely to see all vaping away happily during the gig... I never thought of that! Vaping at gigs. Another fantastic reason to vape! |

It was a very kind gesture. So much so that a) I don't care if Cass hijacks this thread lol and b) I hadn't noticed as I was too busy jumping up and down in the kitchen telling the OH about my new atomiser that's winging its way over from Ireland from a very lovely lady!  All my OH could say was (laughing at me jumping about) what's an atomiser? and where in Ireland's her business? (All his family are from Ireland, his folks have a house in Longford) - I need this forum so I can share my vaping excitment, he just doesn't get it!  |

I was only asking the OH today where all the money i've not spent on cigs has gone this month? Admittedly, I have spent a bit on juices, but no where near the same amount i'd have spent on cigs, but it all seemed to have just evaporated lol. When I thought about it though I realised that I may not see the money in my hand so to speak, but I have noticed a difference - i've bought some new clothes this month, something i've not done in ages due to funds, we've also put a deposit down for next years holiday, and I bought the OH a few extra birthday pressies, so it is there, it's just been spent on other things, rather than rolling up a fiver and setting it on fire.  |

I'm quite a light vaper tbh, my riva batteries last me a couple of days at time, so I was thinking the Apoloe would be great for when i'm out for an evening, and look the part too. I just can't find the baby blue one. Cass (Pinkvapour) did say if I wanted anything she would try and source it for me, so I may ask her if she can get one, if not i'll try and get one sent over from the good ol' USofA. |
