Thanks Karma I really like the look of the pretty blue Apoloe, but the only place I can find them is on Pinkvapours site, or a site called Wize-cigs, but they either don't have the blue, or they're not in stock. Was thinking of maybe getting one sent over the the States. I have seen the other batteries with the pretty designs, but I just really love the Apoloe. If I can't get one though then i'll look at getting one of those instead. Where did you get your Apoloe from?

Hi Guys, In my quest to find a dinky girly vaping set-up that i can just use for when I'm out and about, and will easily fit into a small handbag for nights out, i've found the Apoloe C8 mini which comes in lots of lovely pretty colours, but having trawled through the threads I can't see anyone having mentioned them before.
Has anyone tried one of these? Are they any good? Or is there a reason why nobody seems to use them?
Don't want to be wasting money on something that's been tried, tested and found wanting....
Thanks. x

I was smoking about the same, around 0.6mg nic in my Pall Mall Blues, and I've got a mix of 20/18/16mg nic juices now. I hope to slowly bring myself down as I go along, but right now i'm just happy to be off the cigs! As for the taste and flavour, I had these issues too. As oneday said your taste buds will be shot to hell right now and wobbling all over the shop, so don't panic too much just yet, give them a few weeks to calm down and get used to the fact that for the first time in years they're not being numbed by all the smoke. I'm starting to taste the flavours of things more now, but as you saw in my 'to twist' thread, I still feel I need to be able to crank that side of things up a notch, so will be investing in a twist soon. I'll be sure to let you know if it improves things.

No worries, i've asked enough questions on this forum, happy to be able to answer the few that I can and help others. I thought the first cig of the day, and the one after a meal would be the hardest, but to be honest i've not really been bothered at all by missing out on them, I enjoy my coffee first thing each day after my shower with a nice coffee flavour juice instead, and its actually a lot nicer to start my day feeling all clean and fresh instead of enveloped in clouds of smoke. There are so many benefits to not smoking, not least the money, and you will soon see them for yourself. But don't be too hard on yourself either, everyone moves at a different pace, and it can take a while to really get into vaping and find what set-up works for you personally, so just take each day as it comes, and good luck with your journey.

Hi Cornflake, welcome to AAEC I use clearo's and I have a few on the go with different flavour juices in, but there's no need to 'stopper' them as they are sealed once you screw the mouthpiece in, so you can store them as they are, even laying them down if you want. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Think I'm definitely going to invest in a twist come payday, I just really want to be able to taste the flavours more so think this is the best way to go. I'm also going to take Ellen's advice and get an atomiser to try direct dripping ( I think that's the right term?) too.

lol the length is important Always Goth, always....lol I'm quite lucky, my OH is just pleased he doesn't have to inhale my nasty stinky smoke anymore so isn't bothered about my buying new shiney toys, however I still get a kick out of sneakily buying stuff and doing the old "oh what that, had that for ages...." thing when he notices, like I do with my handbags/clothes/shoes But I think the twist is defo the next step in this vaping journey, and I shall be on the look out for a pretty blue version to purchase by the time payday rolls around.

Hi Cambo, I can stock these yes and will get some in the next shipment but it may be a few weeks. Always worth asking and I'll do my best to stock what you want/need Thanks Cass. I'm thinking a blue mini ego and a blue twist would be perfect editions to my collection. Can't wait until you get them in.

See I'm not fussed about how much they hold as I don't even use a whole clearo worth of liquid per day, it's simply the flavour...

Are the V3 clearos just as good as mini nova's?

You want tedious, Cambo - try Anna Karenina by Tolstoy. Would have been a good book if it was a third of the word length. Got it, read it, and I totally agree. Although for me it's still beaten by Atlas Shrugged as the book most likely to induce narcolepsy. Have you read Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials? I found these quite interesting.

Yes, it's just as well it's practically unreadable. Very influential politically in the US though, sadly (from my point of view anyway). Goodkind's work is basically Ayn Rand's utopian individualism, disguised with swords. Only the 'strong' deserve to survive etc. Yuk. I know. It is quite possibly the most tedious book I've ever attempted to read. I really tried to persevere with it but I ended up staring at walls for entertainment...

Terry Goodkind is an Ayn Rand acolyte. I advise that nobody gives him money on the grounds that a) he can't write for toffee and b) he's a social Darwinist so he is basically asking to be poor. Once tried to read Atlas Shrugged (Ayn Rand), it's still sitting on the bookshelf with the bookmark in it. Boring beyond belief.
