Complain now and show us your complaint!!! here's mine shocked at a completely one sided view of e cigarettes, you should also address the positives of vaping, Ask any one of the probable one million users just how much e cigarettes have changed their lives. No smell, no tar, no carbon monoxide no cianide as just an example no negative aspects to non users. Ask any of them how much general health has improved from the moment they switch to e cigarettes and also the FACT that nicotine is not the killer in cigarettes but the way it is delivered via toxic smoke!!!! If i could change one thing it would be to never call them electronic cigarettes or look like a cigarette then perhaps they would not provoke such negative reports. Pethaps you could run an item on the poitives next to show both sides.

Can someone point me in the direction of a uk manufacturer? apparently everything that comes out of china is dodgy. What a crock, if i chucked out all the chinese made items i own i doubt there would be much left!!! Apart from that it was positive in favour of "cigalikes". cigalikes will doubtless become nrt pretty soon!!

Today i had a ego battery i was testing explode and catch fire after being on charge for 20 mins. So as far as public liability is concerened i think we do need it as this could have been a complete disaster and has worried me enough to stop saled completely. Now as for buying from china, yes i do and it took quit a while to find kit i am happy with and not had any issues with my supplier apart from a few dud batteries. If i could buy engish manufactured ego batteries etc i would but am at a loss as where to go from here. This might be just a fluke event but its one too many and i have no idea how to cover myself if i want to continue. Your thoughts

you have probably also overtightened the mouthpiece so pushing the part inside that it meets down also, this wil press on the wick and cause flow problems. you can prise this back up again slightly with a small screwdriver etc and should be ok then, never overtighten and they are problem free

I totally agree with the name thing but it was completely unintended as just a domain name not biz name, I had never heard of safercigs until a couple of months into this and anyway he is fine with it, besides i am only really interested in this as a small business nothing more. Mainly local cheap supplies as apposed to overpriced cigarette lookalikes from the shops. Will correct my errors now unfortunately not the name though. thanks for imput
