Personally i think it helps to be honest with yourself and friends and family. You're trying to give up a highly addictive habit and it's certainly not easy as the vast majority of us will attest to! As i said in vapourized's thread, i've slipped up a couple of times too, it's not the end of the world  I think it helps a lot to find a setup that really hits the spot (perfect voltage, atty and juice) and it's taken me a few quid to find that setup but now that i have it the urge to have a real cig has pretty much passed altogether So, don't beat yourself up about it......... and good luck |

Well, i was a 50 a day man prior to 7 weeks ago when i had a rather large asthma attack and wound up in hospital for a 3 day stay, that was my wake up call to quit the smokes and ultimately led me to this site. Since then i have fell off the wagon a couple of times (alcohol involved), i even bought a 10 pack last saturday when away playing County Darts for the day.......... but the good thing is, when i woke up the next day i was straight back to vaping with no desire to have a real cig! 99% of users here are ex-smokers, most of us have been at it for a good few years so it's second nature to us now. The way i see it is that one or two ciggies here and there aint going to make a major difference so don't beat yourself up about it On another point, the Provari has made a big difference for me as has finding a liquid i absolutely adore (pixie pineapple juice), cranking the voltage up at night while relaxing watching tv etc gives me far more satisfaction than the smokes ever did......... and it smells far better Good luck mate! |

First two mixes accomplished, Irn Bru and a Cherry Coke My mixing desk......  Note the highly technical labelling system i use Lots more ammunition for mixtures too.........  Gonna attempt to let them steep for 24 hours (notice i said 'attempt' ), will report back with my findings! |

New order placed, 30ml of pineapple 20mg + 30ml of pineapple 24mg with cooling effect btw, the pineapple mixes very well with Cool Orange  Down to my last 1ml of pineapple in the vivi so topped it up with orange....... whoa mama!! How long do deliveries normally take from Nicvape? I ordered nic additive on the 1st Oct and it still hasnt arrived yet Ordered mine on the 25th Sep arrived on the 6th October. Thanks Annie! Maybe arrive tomorrow or saturday then (he says hopefully while praying and crossing fingers ) |
