Carto tanks are not actually rebuildable though.

I think you are looking for a tank or RBA. I think quite a lot are around that diameter - RSST is about the easiest rebuildable to start with.

You can take them, most of us accumulate quite a bit of stuff and some of it just gathers dust.
I have a couple of Ego batteries - an 1100 and a 650, bit old and battered but work fine. PM me and I'll mail them first class on Monday. Will also chuck in some juice - homemade but it's not too bad.
