I'm still having a few and am really pleased that I've cut down so much. I smoked as much as you. Well I guess everyone is different and some folk can just pack up and go straight on to vaping (which I did initially) but I think I must have just been kidding myself, at the moment these one or two cigarettes a day just take the edge off things for me so that's fine by me - is that what you feel? Graham So what if we are having a few cigs. It's not as bad as it used to be is it? Just be happy with what you've achieved so far. I am |

Now I just say "well go to AAEC read all about it. Then get yourself a couple of ego batteries and clearos then some juice. And your laughing. " You wouldn't believe the blank looks I get. Lol

The explanations on the pg% are clear and simple(thank god). I don't think I will be mixing my own for a while giles.I dread to think what I'd end up with lol. It's just some vendors give an option on the % and I'd no idea what to order. Cheers

Hello ands thanks everyone.Ive been vaping for a week and a bit and really without reading all the advice on here I wouldn't have had a clue(or jacked it in).I done the usual skycig route which was useless--battery life etc etc.I'm a long term heavy smoker and though i'm still having a couple a day, the amount I have cut out is unbelievable--In fact friends and family don't actually believe me lol.I got myself a couple of ego batteries and clearo tubes from that e-wizard bloke these I find work really well.I know theres better but I don't know enough yet.Still abit daunted by the VV etc,but im persevering lol.
Just one question for now can someone explain what the pg% thingy in the juice is all about--I just can't get my head around it.
