Well I had (have) a proper smokers cough---I'm talking veins in forehead--light head--to the point of nearly fainting.So bad I have to pretend to strangers that I actually have a cold or flu.When I really got a cold it was unbearable and embarrassing to say the least.So vaping is pretty important to me as I have found that in a few short weeks that I am not having the bouts of hell that I was used to.

At the minute I don't really go for the flavour,I only vape the tobacco juice and as long as I'm getting the nicotine hit and keeping off the real ones I'm happy to not bother about flavours. (I am still having a few stinkies each day as well)

It can be the nic and perhaps swallowing small amounts but it can also happen with certain flavours in some people. I believe it can trick the brain into thinking food is coming and of course the stomach then produces more acid to get ready to digest it. This isn't from any scientific study but it makes a lot of sense when we're vaping flavours that replicate foodstuffs so something worth thinking about  This actually is true. Chewing gum also has the same effect. |

Suede, the twist is just 'screw them in and off you pop' the only difference is that it has a dial on the bottom that you can adjust the riva's a good kit though and comes with everything you need. If you do want to buy a twist later on the charger you get with the riva will work as will the 510 clearo and cartos Hi Karma I realise that-its just the V word that puts me off (voltage).I really don't think i should have watched those reviews from lord of the smoke rings.At one point I thought I was on al qaeda.org being shown how to construct bombs.Maybe one day i'll change but for now I will just "plug and play"Cheers |

Ordered off Jason today was chopping and changing between the 1100 riva and twist--bottled it and went for the riva.Was looking at reviews(That guy who loves his smoke rings)and watched him construct what i can only describe as a bomb with a cobra something or other and thought I don't need that so i'll stick to the screw em in and off you pop.

The holy grail of a cig free day is nowhere near me at the minute. I've smoked for 40 plus years so to cut down to a few a day for me is nothing short of a miracle. I'm very amazed that a battery and a plastic tube filled with fluid has got me this far. So for everyone in my boat. Lets celebrate !!!!!
