Non-smokers 1251 E-cig users 1322 Smokers 1986 I make the increase 5% above not-smoking. Almost 60% for smokers. The fact anything is measurable in a non-smoker means it exists, it's there already. Sleep losing... No.  |

Sad indeed. Even yesterday I met a smoker who said I was " gonna kill myself with that sh** " as he relished another toke on his B&H.
Good news for vapers though, I'm sure we'll all agree.

I like Darkstar for 30ml bottle of flavors.
30ml seems a lot when you start, but find some good ones and you'll kick yourself for almost spending as much on 10ml.

I too am concerned about the comment ..because that gives folk the feeling that if they decided to try e-cigs they don't stand much chance without all the extra baggage of attending clinics and meetings and promising on the bible and stuff. Typical BS. Don't get me wrong, I was 'in' cessation support when I made the switch but ultimately that wasn't why I made the switch. I would have done it regardless once I'd got out of my "E-Lites aren't working phase" of despair. I good e-cig does the job. There are plenty of good e-cigs, just not in places like Sainsbury, Morrison and Tesco. To them, it's a product like washing up liquid or light bulbs. |

We do it to ourselves, time and time again. You either choose to play the game or not. Mostly, I choose not.

On topic. As I remember, the last batch of juice I made cost me a lot more in the flavor than the nicotine... but of course, I have pre-TPD nicotine.

Inawera, Flavourart, TPA - all concentrates so DIY, basically.
I make a bog standard one with Maxx Blend (the Inawera one) and add all sorts, caramel, coconut, other tobaccos, nuts and chocolate even.

Collected my Silverline's from the PO at lunch time in a mad scramble as the collections are only open to 2pm.
