The Hcigar HB DNA40 is a very nice bit of kit for the price (not forgetting the group buy here making it cheaper still). I bought one and am very chuffed with it. Build quality is excellent, apart from the silly smoked perspex that obscures the OLED until you fire it. Loving the fire button placement & operation, it's easy to use with either thumb. The H38 doesn't look like a DNA40 clone (imagine Evolv would terminate their contract immediately if they'd tried that, no more HB DNA40s then), no temp control, but a nice looking device, and the box & button look HBDNA40-styled.

The regulations are there clairea, but are got around by the lender pestering the loanee to roll over the original loan into a new one. "You owe us X, pay up" "I can't" "Tell you what, we'll roll it over to a new loan and your repayments will be (initially less), how about it?" "Ok" "Sign here". New loan, teaser starting rate, then back on the treadmill. Relies on the loanee not knowing the rules and regs of course, but then payday lenders always are several steps ahead of those they fleece.

It's easy for us with enough to live on to say 'don't ever borrow from loan sharks', but having seen friends do it (against all the advice) you can understand why. With kids to feed and the dole on stop because of the many petty reasons they stop it for (not just 'didn't get out of bed' 'late for interview', you can be stopped for instance if you call them to rearrange a sign on, they agree, then they stop you because you didn't turn up for the original sign on... incompetence mixed with malice), people can be forced to borrow from sharks.

Yup. AAE-CA.
All About E-Cigs Anonymous.
Specially formed for those of us who come on here and keep seeing things that other members have bought and just HAVE to go and buy the same.
Once upon a time I couldn't afford to smoke.
Now I canny afford AAE-C!!!! How about a subgroup AAE-CAT for vapers with moggies? As I sit here typing and vaping the cat is pawing at me demanding attention (again), time that should be spent tooting and reading is being absorbed by this furry fusspot. To be fair, (fur?) she is an indoor cat, so sees nothing apart from the birds twittering outside through the window for 8 hours a day while I work. She does get a soupcon of attention, but seriously puss, can you stop patting me while I'm on t'internet for a bit? Oh ok, have some more attention, that'll keep you happy for 2 minutes.

Safetynet credit have an APR of 292%. 0.8% per day compounded daily. Borrow £100 on the 1st, on the 2nd you owe £100.80, on the 3rd £101.60, 4th £102.42, 5th £103.24... after 30 days it's climbed up to £127.43. If you don't pay it off in full on that day but leave it another 30 days, it's gone up to £162.47. Slack off 3 months and you owe £206.91. That hundred quid just got pretty expensive... numbers from here.

Forest fan died. A lad on the Nottm Forest fans forum I frequent just posted that his dad, aged 59, just passed away. 59, that's hardly old. Makes you think how close we all are to the box in the ground.
Back to normal programming...

Karen Carpenter had an angelic voice though didn't she? What a shame they didn't know how to deal with anorexia in those days. I just looked her history up on wiki, and she was a drummer as well as a singer! Talent oozing out of her pores. Watch this and say it doesn't make you emotional...

For long you live and high you fly But only if you ride the tide And balanced on the biggest wave You race towards an early grave. I'm more one for plodding along and living a tortoise's lifespan

When I see the nic base (using 72 ml here) go off colour, it goes in the bog. But! This week Marco on VTTV did a video of 'how to make your own juice for new folks' and in it he used a bottle of base liquid that was bright orange. I posted on the chat thread 'hmm that looks a bit orangey' and Dave Dorn agreed, people though in thread were saying that orange nicotine base isn't off, it oxidises losing a bit of its nicotine strength, but is otherwise ok.
Any chemists online who can advise? Last thing we need is throwing away good nic. Well, second last, before dying of oxidised nicotine base.

I had a stinking cowd around November/December time (can't recall when exactly) but, instead of sniffling my face off for weeks as I used to do while smoking tobacco, had 2 or 3 days of feeling rotten then it cleared up. PG (or is it VG?) is a powerful anti-bug ingredient.

My HTC One just went postal. After downloading an upgrade it would not go past the boot screen (in my case a 'HTC ONE' logo). On advice from the web, I detached it from the usb, powered it off, and held down the Volume Down key while it booted... now it's showing a 'Android is upgrading' screen. Hopefully it'll recover. If not, thats a bloody expensive phone that an upgrade has turned into a lump of metal and plastic. Currently on upgrade 76 of 246. (246? what's it doing, upgrading my phone to HAL from 2001 or what?)
*waits a bit*
*waits a bit more*
*still waiting after 15 minutes*
*hmm wonder if BT still have a phone box at the corner of the street in case of emergencies*
Finally done. I don't have a shed load of apps on the phone, God knows what it'd be like if you do. Half an hour with no phone, was like having my legs cut off.
TL;DR if your phone appears to die after this latest 'upgrade', put it aside for an hour and forget it.

If you're looking for ecigs (da da da da da) you've come to the right place! (da da da da da) Simple answer from me : an istick ( here) and an Aerotank Mini ( same site) with juice of your choice will be a huge improvement. Obviously opinions will differ, but it's a step up from your current gear, and not too pricey. It is a box mod but so tiny it fits in the palm of your hand. Edit : just spotted the Joyetech is a US site. If you're in the States, you can get the Aerotank from here and the iStick from here. Other ecig selling sites exist, etcetera.
