Thanks robby but its ok, one I class as a mistake, at two orders and practically 30% missing on both I have no interest in dealing with the company at all. I will put this one down to experience. They only refund the item as they did with the first so you just end up footing the increased delivery charge and the 9 items will get me less than a $ back. It's not worth it.

Only recieved 21 of my 29 items in the second order delivered today. It's clear now how they make their money on these just charge you for nothing.

Only tried the creamy vanilla custard and whipped banana cream so far but I cant decide which one I like the most, they are both really yummy. The fruity loopy milk and big mama milk smell delicious just holding off on trying just yet.

Made two orders from here, the first was 29 items and a second one of 3 items the day after, the second one arrived today and they only sent two of the items missed off Pm3Kuro Koiler CW Wire Coiling Tool w/ Hex Key Kit without a word and the item is listed on the package so not holding out much hope of my second order being complete. The support system kept telling me I didnt have permission when I entered the order number either so had to escalate through paypal.

It's just a shame they haven't made the app work properly. I had a lot of force closes on it and after 3 days my phone advised to remove it due to excessive battery usage.

That's quite long for the EU warehouse, max I've waited is 3 days. Reading back though on the thread to your post on the 14th when you said you ordered the day before it looks like yours took 3 days too. Probably just felt like 5 days  |

There are a few coil winding tools ($1.90) and ohm testers ($2.50) too, managed to get a ton of items by opening anything I wanted in new windows then adding them all at once so I had more time to look around again after. Ordered 29 items including coil winders, 5xcoils, coil wire, premade coils, cotton, drip tips and EGO CE6 starter kits with chargers for £17.01.

Certainly isn't the speediest company to get a resolution from, you're lucky if you get one reply back with 24hrs. Just taken two days to get to this point. They apologised and offered me either a refund if I sent the whole lot back, a partial refund to either wallet or PayPal or a new one at a reduced price. I accepted the partial refund to wallet expecting it to be the quickest. No timescales where quoted at this point. After accepting the offer they then explained it will take 5-7 business days for accounts to check something (no idea what) then 3-5 business days for the money to hit my wallet. So including the two days it took too get any resolution so far that takes the times upto 3 weeks due to them counting business days only and that's to simply transfer funds to an account on there own website. With their holidays coming up probably looking more at 4 weeks for them to resolve it. Not the worst service but certainly not the best considering all they have to do to resolve it. Got to say. They have already done the refund so I take back my comments above. Only took a couple of days so well done to them. |
