Thanks,  ordered some liquids. Decided to go for 4x10ml for 10.99 18mg seemed a lot better value then 5x5ml for 12.99 as mentioned above and added a few 1.95 flavours too. With the 20/25 i smoke i should have mentioned i use slimline tips and dont go ott with tobacco. Thanks to everyone no doubt I'll be back for a little advice in a day to two when everything arrives. One thing though what is steeping and do I have to wait when my liquids arrive for a long time before using? |

Thanks for all the replies I've ordered the exhale starter kit. Just looking for some liquids to try now. I'll go for the recommended strength. Thanks for all the help. Any coffee flavours sound good I'm a big fan of coffee. |

Thanks for the responses and that was quick I'm still here, just reading through the links. With the liquids what would be the recommended nicotine levels to start with? Sorry edit: also how long do these liquids last on average?. The liquids linked to above is in 5ml. Obviously I'm guessing one you find the ones you like it's cheaper to buy bigger bottles I'm not sure about mixing my own. The rest seems really simple but that I would really have to understand a lot more and I don't know what an atomizer is but I'll read up on those thanks. |

Hi, I've been reading some of the forum for a few days now trying to get my head around it all as I really want to stop smoking. I smoke roughly 20/25 rollys per day with menthol tips (I'm not to fussed about the menthol I think it's more I'm sick of the taste of smoking if that makes any sense, everybody looks at me like i'm crazy when i say i smoke but don't like the taste) tried several times to stop and apart from once when I was 18 some 14 years ago :-[ when I just stopped without an issue for a couple of years now I really do struggle even lasting a few hours. I can see there are various options available and the refillable things (I haven't a clue on the terminology) where you pour the liquid in sound like they will be ideal. What would be the ideal starter set up for me? I can see from reading there was a set being recommended but at just over £20 but it's out of stock. So an alternative and some basic information on it would be perfect even if it's just a link so I can read everything for myself. The other issue is there a sooooo many flavours and varieties. I can't even keep up with all the variations I've read about in the last couple of days, they've just amalgamated into a big ball of information in my head  I really do what to avoid tobacco flavours but at the same time removing the flavour may lead me to want to smoke (does that make sense) are there any sites that offer a variety of different ones at affordable prices? as it appears by trying so many different varieties I may end up spending a load more money than by smoking which doesn't seem the best idea. Thanks for any advice you can give. Also great site it's kept me up reading into the late hours last night. |
