isabel22 I had ordered a Goliath from Gearbest but just after the pre-order had finished, on 17th April. I thought it was showing as 3 to 5 days before despatch. I know they have been having problems getting enough stock but they took my money straight away. I messaged them asking when they will be despatching mine and they have apologised for the delay explaining that they have been let down by the manufacturer. They have offered me three choices:- 1) Just to wait until they get them. 2) An exchange for something else. 3) A refund to my Gearbest Wallet?? (I suspect that is a credit note thingy) What they did not offer was a full refund to my Paypal account! I have asked for a full refund to my Paypal account and await their confirmation. They did this to me when I ordered a Goblin from them, again showing despatch in 3 to 5 days but once I had ordered, there was no stock. Gearbest are still showing the Goliath as despatching in 3 to 5 days on their website  I am not sure that I will use Gearbest again. Rant over........for now.

I am sure mines on its way m8, did you do the pre order for the Goliath? I didnt pre order.......I had to wait ages for my Goblin, it was only after trying that, made me want a Goliath, so a little late to the party.  |

I was very fortunate that I managed to crack it first time after following Tom`s tutorial. It was the first proper try of duel coil for me. Looking forward to getting the Goliath from Gearbest.........if they ever stop moving the date back. |

£9.99 for two batteries but I noticed the Paypal email came through as £10......not bothered about the 1 Penny difference, but it could have come through Paypal at £20 and I may not have noticed. Must pay more attention when I am buying things |

I ran out of boots glycerin a while back, my local boots didn't have any so I bought some vg from a local vape shop. Its come round to time to get some more again and my local boots still doesn't have any. This is the right stuff isn't it? That is the one I always use. Seems that some branches of Boots are making it hard to get hold of and others have it available on the shelf |

Cheers m8. what would be the ideal treatment for the wood that would bring out the natural grain etc, as this will probably be best to get completed first as the parts arrive. I use beeswax but just because I love the more natural finish. You just build it up coat after coat (10 to 12+) It is not as resilient as lacquer and needs more maintenance, but once built up, then just another coat and a buff up when required. With lacquer, several coats depending on the porosity of the wood allowing it to dry between coats. It should then be impervious to any juice spills. |
