I will also vouch for that ive done a review on these in the review section, im also very impressed with it , I have a spare head here that has a short in it, tomorrow im going to rewick it, looking at it I think im going to have to use some none res wire with the kanthel wire as it has along shaft on the head , i'll let you know how i get on .  I have the innoken iclear30 and i beleive the head is just the same as your clearo. |

what i would do is get some decent vivi nova's and a good stainless steel rebuildable, learn how to rewick if you havn't already so you don't have to buy heads, and these will last you ages . and have some fun with a good ss atty ..and enjoy |

sounds like its shorted or something , the coil obv wasn't right if you get a short it always reads 9.9 |
