Hi. Reading these forums is like a foreign language to me (age). I started with a small e.ciggie last Feb and not smoked since. I last bought a beginners pack of Ego/riva XL but they are not working so well so I ordered a pack of five cartomizers explaining what ciggie these are for but on arrival today I find they are twice the size of the original ones and I,m not getting much vapour. I did get a message from Kev at Freedom Vape that these are correct. Can someone explain (in very plain terms) what I should do and what parts need replacing when or perhaps a very simple ciggie. Thanks for listening to me but despite my age I do enjoy my vaping.

thanks for all your replies. OH pointed out to me that I still have an addiction but is not putting me under any pressure. I am on the lowest strength so am happy to carry on. Its been a very stressful year and the e-cigg has helped so much. I will try the 0 and low strength together after Christmas. I do still use nic gum when I am playing bowls as this helps as well.

ok so I havent had a ciggie sin ce February but now am addicted to e-cigs. I haved saved a lot of money and feel healthy but still have an addiction. I have just swapped one for another. I just enjoy them so much and do not crave ciggies. Anyone else have this problelm. I found this site very helpful when buying e-cigs and liquids etc.
