Jees testdruif you've got it bad! Just waiting on some GVC and drip tips from pink mule and a dream from Charlie's to vape it all up with:) Haven't really ordered anything much recently but got a aluminium boxmod from a guy which I had to redo a couple of times because things were breaking up so I was thinking "I could do this 2" and create my own mods. I really like box mods instead of the "dildo" tubes so I figure I'll make a few with different boards and features to see what I can manage.

RBA's?

Don't know of any way of insulating the wick hole (it's not that big so you can't put a rubber inside of it). Maybe you could coat the ss wick with some shrink wrap? I've been using the aga-T, aga-T2 etc for over a year now and must say that only in the beginning I had some issues with the ss wick being a bit too conductive. Good to know. Maybe a tiny bit of electrical tape in the crucial area? I even have some plasti-dip lying around, which I might thin down. (can be thinned to 'paint' on - tiniest ring on contact could sort it out a treat and be less fiddly than tape with monster truck hands) Do take into account that the area around the wick hole will be getting very hot. So I would avoid anything that melts or reacts badly with heat ^^

If I could find a RBA with a tank that is as easy and straightforward as the IGO, I would buy one in a flash *hides under table from all the posts saying get an RSST!* www.vapegear.co.uk/product/agi One word of advice on this one (agi) If you want to buy them as a dripper that's fine If you want to use or ever plan on using it as a genesis style with the tank... I got 2 of those and straight out of the box I had to mod them before they would actually work. You build a coil in the dripper and test the resistance = 1,2 ohm You add the bottom part to make it a tank and test the resistance = anywhere from 1,5 to 2,8 and crap vapor production The cause: There is a spring inside the middle part to connect the base of the tank with the base of the dripper. When you apply current the spring suddenly shrinks and makes a bad/faulty connection There are some videos on youtube on how to fix it (basically get a brass pin that fits instead of the spring). I started fiddling with them at 10pm so no hardware stores open and really wanted them to work so ended up demolishing a vivi nova and a clearo to get all the parts I needed to make a good connection :s Once that was/is done it's working great tho but what a hassle to get it up and running

RBA's?

I bought the other AGA-T2 going the other day. Hoping it won't be too much hassle - I was debating between it and an AGT as I can get a good price on those. In terms of the wick hole - is there a way to insulate them? silicone grommet or something? Gonna try basic silica and ekowool then SS. Hey Inigomontaya, Don't know of any way of insulating the wick hole (it's not that big so you can't put a rubber inside of it). Maybe you could coat the ss wick with some shrink wrap? RBA's?

Hey Stu, I've had my fair chair of dealing with RBA's and tried a few of the popular "cheap" ones out there. (the whole aga range and then some). If you want something "affordable" (20-30 pound range vs 50-100 pound range) and entry level, I would recommend the AGA T+ or the AGA T2. You'll have all the parts you need (RBA, some silica wick, ss wick, wires) to start building a coil and a glass (pyrex) tank which won't break down so easy. www.vapingthings.com/AGA-T2b2c_T2_CLEAR_TANKED_OR_FLAMED_GLASS2c_REBUILDABLE_ATOMISER/p1311952_8181000.aspxThere are a lot of great topics on here about how to build a ss wick and a coil around it and believe you me, you'll spend a few hours and a number of coils before you get it right But once you get it right the first few times it magically almost always works out great ^^
