I was wondering about the below method: (in case anyone tried it and it failed)
Transfer the outline to the aluminum With a nice diameter drill, drill holes next to each other to get the saw blade (like little shark teeth) edge. And if it's not straight or too ugly file things down.

Hey there handymen and women Just wondering if anyone knows a great way or has experience with how to make a tiny rectangular "window" for showing that little dna20 screen. The material I have at hand to make this rectangular shape in is aluminum. Thanks in advance for being able to pick your brain(s)

Should have only drilled out half the hole and left the original at standard size at the end, that way there is less restriction to pull through but more air around the hole. Bit like a carburettor. English is my first language and I don't understand that? ??? Ha! I've been re-reading it a few time too still not sure what it is about

Trying to find an 11/32 drill bit to make a hole for a 510 connector and I just want to say damn the inventor of that 510 connector and not using the metric system to decide on the connector width!
I've been trying for hours to find an 11/32 drill bit for aluminum/metal/plastic that doesn't cost me 10 times more than the original value to post to Belgium icon_shoppingm

That's looking nice, am not a big fan of blu tac though. Are you vaping that at 7.4v? Where did you get the LED switch? Aha! I finally looked up what "blue tack" is (not known by that name in Belgium) The thing I used to fill up that hole is "pattex power express" which is a 2 component putty (a bar of white stuff inside, blue stuff on the outside and just mix it together) which apparently looks a lot like blue tack

And what epoxy putty would you recommend? The hot melt glue is the one with the bars of glue you jam into the rear of a glue gun right?

Also make sure that you don't end up with more flavoring concentrate than actual base. You mention a blueberry mint mix with 30% blueberry so how much mint is in there?
"single" flavors mostly contain up to 20% (max) flavoring and are 80% base with nicotine. if yours already has more than 30% flavoring it might be that it's not tasting good because you are in essence burning concentrate rather than PG or VG which is intended to be vaporized.
Here's a small snippet out of the mixology sticky
Impact of flavours on mix Flavours are the wild card. Each flavour varies in intensity across each supplier. Learning from others experiences or experimenting yourself is the only way to determine the optimal percentage. Most initial flavour experiments generally assume a 20% use of flavours. It is worth noting that both PG and VG have a sweet taste with VG being the sweeter. Too little, or a weak flavour may struggle to overcome the bases.
Although 20% is mentioned above, that may well be far too much for some flavours or palates. The best advice is to start low, possibly around 5% and increase if too weak. The old adage “you can add, but you can’t take away” is a sound one.
As mentioned before, flavours are generally PG based. In a 70/30 ratio liquid at 18mg strength using 20% flavouring, the PG diluent content is likely to be only half of the VG diluent. This seems odd but this is part of the contributing “top up”towards the total 70% PG.
An approach to experimenting is further on.
