Bought my first e-cig december 2010. Had a horrendous 2011 and my progress of giving up smoking evaporated, shame as got down to 3 cigs a day. Jan 1st 2013 gave up completely with my other half, it's now 45 days smoke free!! Not cheated once, all thanks to our e-cigs. Totally dependent on vaping now lol, but a lesser evil I'm sure. I have smoked for over 40 years and I do not miss it one bit. I'm amazed how easy it has been and hope anyone thinking of doing it takes the plunge. My thanks for all the advice given on my first attempt, it has seen me through this time. Janie x x

Hi Everyone  . Still puffing on my tornado. A mixed success story, reckon I have cut down on my real cigs by three quarters. Having between 3 and 8 a day. For me it really is a miracle, as could smoke 20-30 a day, especially when working at home on the computer. Hoping to cut down more when OH gets started on his Ecig (he has delayed his start due to Xmas >  ). Hi Scylla x I came aboard earlier in Dec after following the Ebay thread. Pleased with myself so far and determined to keep going. My thanks to everyone for the help and encouragement x x |

Hi Jerry. I feel fine and likely not having as many puffs as when smoking cigs as there is no rush to finish. Just feels like its available and there to be puffed. Bit of a novelty today How many cartridge refills in a day should I be on, I'm usually a 20-25 a day smoker. Janie |

Don't get on the computer as much as I'd like to, so forgive the long gaps in replying. It arrived this morning  , honest, I was so well drilled, put it together and charged it as per instructions. Have been puffing on it all day. Had my last real cig at noon, and have to confess to having my other last real cig at 3pm, but swear not another one since. How am I finding it? quite strange tasting but really quite comforting and I'm not craving a real cig at all, not even a sneaky one. Hope I'm not overdoing the puffing though  . Any tips greatly appreciated. I am on caramel at the mo!! Janie |

Wow, hope it works for me. I have tried all sorts, patches, chewing gum, the funniest was the mouthwash. After using it, it made the cigs taste disgusting, so I used to get up extra early and smoke as much as poss before using the mouthwash. I think maybe, my heart's never really been in it. Janie

Update - have received my ejuice today - thank you James- the personal note and gift very much appreciated, sure I will be back for more!! Still waiting for my "tornado", eager to get started, the cigs are gona be the death of me and it amazes me, that thought is no deterrent.
Hanow hi x Made me giggle, the kettle cig routine, I have a cig and everything routine, delay my every move with "I'll just have a cig first". Heres hoping this will be a serious replacement for my disgusting habit, I really want and need to stop. Again, thanks to everyone x x

Hi. Ordered the Tornado, 32% discount, stayed that way till I was fed up waiting  . Ordered some juice, so hopefully will be all set to go when it arrives. Thank you so much for the help, I do need leading by the hand sometimes!! I will come back and let you know how I am doing or if any problems. Would have give up and delayed another couple of years.
