Know the feeling. A thorough clean can turn into Operation Overlord.
One thing to try is just drip onto the wick.

I'll put a link in when I can - the site is down (or somebody else will as I won't be able to post again until the afternoon). 50 Watt mod for $75. Like a few others it claims to have the Yihi SX300 inside. It's in the queue at Taste Your Juice so for this one we should get a proper answer about whether it is the genuine chip.

I like the look of the Icig V9 and the Smy 40 but I'm waiting for some reviews.

Mainly gennies - AGT Aga S and DIDs also an unbranded Aerotank with genuine Kanger dual coil heads, Powerful enough for all of them. I have Kracken clone which I ran at 20 Watts by stacking 18350s and using Voltage mode which both mods allow. Please, please, please don't think about stacking batteries c1booth. It's not necessary with the higher performance batteries, like the Sony VTC4's linked above and is just something else that can create risk for you. I don't want to get into an argument. My ZMax came with 2 caps - one for 18650 the other for stacked 18350. Provided you use 18350s which have been paired from day one and alternate which one goes on top it is safe, probably safer than a cloned spinner and lots of members are happy buying cloned spinners. Even a modest performance battery such as a Panasonic NCR18650B (built for capacity rather than performance) will power a Vamo or ZMax right up to 15 Watts and a high performance battery such as a VTC4 isn't going to give you any more power. It's not designed for a 15 Watt mod - it will work fine but it is more expensive and needs changing more often.

And what attys do you use on the vamo and the zmax do you recoil yourself? V2 from FT Mine has been faultless for 18 months, better than the V5 I have. I also have a Trustfire charger, it was my backup until the Nitecore packed up. Now I have a new nitecore but I I have promoted the Trustfire - a bit slower but that means less strain on the batteries and they don't get warm charging. It comes with a battery so 7 weeks delivery time. FT ZMax is a lot better looking. Mine (bought elsewhere) is 2 years old and similarly faultless.

There are lots of fake spinners around did you get scratch cards with yours? I would expect them to take 300+ charges.

Think it's a good idea to be patient when a new atty comes out. At first demand is greater than supply so prices are high. If you wait, you'll find out which is best and if you need to wait for the 2.1. Just saying.

I have something like this from FT and the blue was a protective film that peels off to reveal pristine perspex. I could be wrong but yours looks the same.

If your buying flavours you haven't tried before I would say buy a bunch of 10ml concentrates. Make 10ml of each, any you don't like put aside and try again after 2 months. If they haven't improved by steeping put them in the classies, don't leave them lying about for ages and then pitch them because you think they're too old now to resell (kick self}
Shelf life varies. I've had coffee that is past its best in six months and baccys that last 9 months. But others that taste fine after 2 years. Make a plan to order concentrates every 3,4 or 6 months and clear the dross out before you reorder. Buying from Flavourers Apprentice is good. I buy from the manufacturer if I can otherwise from a vendor I think has a good turnover.

Agree with the aboves. If you read the reviews and the discussions you are less likely to get a dud than ordering something from Tesco click and collect. As Mart says the threads can be a weak area and if the original isn't excessively priced it maybe a better buy as it will last much longer. Its a good idea to get some SS M2 and M2.5 screws from eBay if you are buying anything that says "some of the minor parts may not be SS" - packs of 50 aren't much more than packs of 10 and you won't fret when a screw does a runner. I avoid anything with brass pins as it may not be lead free brass. Edit brass 510 connectors are fine.
I get most of my stuff from Fasttech and if I want to buy something non-vaping, I check to see if FT sells it.
