Again, this thread is going downhill faster than a thing that goes extremely fastly down the hill. I have tried all of the above very helpful suggestions, including a great blow-through. Steady, boys! Screwed and unscrewed all parts and she's still a noisy beastie. So, I'll take it as normal, then. Unless it blows up of course and then I'll know for sure it's not normal. Yeah, there's definitely a niche in the market here for vape mufflers. Dragon's Den, anyone? I'll put the stealth vaping to the side for the time being, then or just cough or burp when I take a draw. Could be interesting.

Lol Sam For proper stealth vaping I use an auto cig-a-like or SDK www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-sd-keyring-ecig~266i picked up a couple of the SDKs in ecigwizard clearance section for £5 each! worth looking out for a good deal on them Stop. Right. Now. You temptress! Not content with waving handbags under my nose, it's new equipment to vape on the sly. I love it! Ermmmm, but I'm broke. Haven't a brass razoo. *Adds to next month's wishlist*

It means it's working fine It's a good sign. Sooooo, how does one stealth vape when one sounds like a bag of crisps sneaking up on you?

'Treated' myself to some LR Vision Ego Rainbow V3s for my Riva as I have finally settled(ish) on a few flavours that I feel I'm going to be vaping long-term. I have filled it carefully, avoiding the air tube etc, so whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy is it making this bluddy awful cracking, popping and hissing noise when I draw? Feels like it is in its death throes, honestly. The throat hit is amazing though...feel like I an sucking on 20 Woodbines all at once.
Must say, though, that the purple clearo on the pink battery does look rather My Little Pony and Hello Kitty-ish.
ETA Have cleaned the connection and it appears to be leaking a little. Huh?????

Comment on the Peugeut/Renault thing: It's not that they are really any less reliable than any other make, the problem lies with them being a pain in the a##e to work on due to the engine/gearbox layout and the price/availability of parts. They generally come in about 40-50% higher in labour charges because they take that much longer to work on. Also most of the time you need a part it has to be ordered from france! 'Him Indoors' is a self employed mechanical engineer. He hates all French cars with a passion for the very same reasons. Says Les Francois are thran when it comes to automobiles. He comes in ranting all the time about them. Hey ho. Better off with a nice Mark I MX5 import, sez me. Not much room for sprogs in the back, though.

Congratulations and jubilations!
I sometimes still think that somehow it has been too easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy (subliminal reference to Pancake Tuesday there) after 5 weeks and that there's godda be a catch somewhere down the line. Judging by more 'veteran' member's experiences, though, it doesn't seem so.
Keep on keepin' on!

Custard! You need custard in your life! Grant's Vanilla Custard is the dog's cream of the pyjamas IMHO.
If you don't like custard and really want a nice coffee, may I recommend Caramel Cappuccino from Vape Escape? (code: allabout for 10% discount)
I'll bet your head's spinning now with all the recommendations.
Oh, and welcome! Have fun with all the flavours.

On my honeymoon last year, I vaped in an empty (apart from us) italian restaurant, I did ask if I could first. And then would you believe it, with the whole place empty an old couple came and sat at the table right next to ours, I mean our chairs were touching. So what I hear you say, did I mention the old boy, (ok not that old really, but almost pension age)was dragging a oxygen bottle around with him. I ummed and ahhed for a bit, then carried on quietly vaping after my meal. They saw what I was doing and politely asked what I was doing... I explained and they said how great it was I had given up, also it turned out his tank was nothing to do with smoking, but asbestos with work I bet his tank was a giant stealth vape setup. Probably. The old dog!

I vaped last week in the delivery suite while my daughter was in labour,(not while midwives were present ) while she reached for the gas and air I had a big pull on my twist in sympathy , although I did put it away long before I saw my massive Grandson come into this world all 11pound 7 oz Jules Ouchy! Well done, your daughter and congratulations to you, Granny, on the stealth vape, although if I were in your situation, I probably would've preferred the Entinox. I wonder does it come in GVC flavour, though? I see a niche in the market here...
