Robby started a thread on this a while back. He took a couple apart and the had bad connections in the earth screw on the head iirc. I will see if I can find it when Iget 5 mins.

soak in denture stuff then quick rinse out, Dry the wicks with a paper towel, dry burn and use it. That's how I do them never had a problem.
