Is it ok to rinse my Evod tank under the tap?
Whats the best way of cleaning your kit?

Or if neither available, run it under the tap. Whatever you do let it dry properly before re-using Bicarb of soda is also good for cleaning clearos etc!

I give mine a bath in isopropyl alcohol for 3-4hrs after a good rinse in the sink then leave to dry for a day before using again.
Seems to work for me ok to date.

Cleaning? Eh? Oh yeah, I remember writing this somewhere before - just wipe it on your t-shirt But if it gets really bad, a good overnight soak with a cheapy denture tablet does the trick And to answer your first question: Don't run it under the tap while you're using it

I must admit des, a quick wipe with some tissue, a quick fire before reassembly just to check the coil still works, and then fill up & off we go. I never really understood the whole drying thing? Surely when you heat water you get - uuuuhhhhh - oh yeah, vapour ???

Evods have got such tiny wicks they don't need much washing or soaking and drying. Rinse under tap, shake out then quick dab with a paper towel and vape away (after a re-fill obviously.)

I Tend to keep the same flavour in a tank till the wick needs changing, then I disassemble, rinse off, pull it to bits, dispose the wick and then leave the parts to soak for an hour or overnight in hot water. Leave to dry on vaping towel and then re wick and throw em in the spares box. Must admit though I tend to wait till I've got half a dozen need doing else its a proper faff

IMO drying a Evod, CE type or a Vivi Nova is not required, the water on the wicks will quickly boil off as soon as you fire it up, I just shake mine out to remove any excess water, give it a wipe off and you're good to go.

I never dry my iclear wicks, after a good wash. I watched a video on how to clean them and he said just use a paper towel, squeeze and you're good to go, and I was/am.
Edited to add, then a dry burn after the kitchen roll squeeze.

I wash them in water and then soak them in Isopropyl Alcohol 99% for 2hrs and then take out and leave to dry overnight, always works a treat. Once dry i do a little dry burn (Even though they are dry) just to burn of any impurities that may remain
