You guys are so sweet thank you for all your messages and sorry for the late reply haven't been on here for a while. Def feeling a little better now upsetting but a bit stronger, the good news is I'm cutting down more and more and haven't had a cig since 2 this afternoon and I'm determined not to have one now maybe 1-2 tomorrow which will be a massive improvement. Don't want to be a smoker anymore! They def dont do what they used to for me so that's a good sign. Decided today I'm going to try and sort my lifestyle out completely going to hopefully join a gym this week healthy eating and stay away from ciggies as much as possible!

Yeah, I'm kind of at the stage where I don't care if that makes any sense. I guess I'm just worried that vaping alone at the moment isn't really doing what it used to. Hopefully when things get a little easier I'll have a different mindset. It's just so hard, it's been nearly two weeks. Our pets are like our family aren't they! very sad but I know things will get easier in time.

Until I had to put my cat of 18 years down, not only did the tears come but unfortunately the cigarettes. Hopefully in time it will get easier and get back on track. I have to say I'm not beating myself up about it, fingers crossed it's only temporary. I'm not smoking as much as I used to, but it's a shame I've gone backwards  |

Yeah ive tried different juices higher nicotine higher pg I'm a menthol girl although not normally I mix it with a tobacco juice on a fully charged battery perfect but then gets less throughout the day, its annoying! Hopefully ill crack it soon  |

Lol well I've tried a 1.8 on my riva battery and it tastes burnt! I'm gonna get a twist on pay day so I'm hoping I get a stronger throat hit with that. I'm a nightmare just love a massive throat hit almost to the point I cough!

Hi guys do dual coil cartomisers provide a better throat hit? I'm going to be purchasing the twist soon which I'm hoping will improve the throat hit, just wondered if it's worth using a dual coil too? Thanks |

Nice one I got a 1.8 clearomiser and the juices taste pretty burnt on the riva, so I'm guessing I can give it a go on the new one then to see if it makes any difference? Just need to wait for pay day, can't wait to order more juices too Although I'm not always feeling the sweet ones, maybe cause I'm still smoking the stinkies a little! |
