Mini nova badly leaking!

Does anyone know if this is fixable? All my liquid is coming out of the bottom into my bag not good!

Make sure the tank is screwed down tight at the bottom. Can you see any cracks in it?. Is the head tightened up enough?

Yeah all screwed down, I admit I have dropped it. Can't see any cracks though, think I may just have to order a new one!

funny enough ive recently bought a vision vivi that leaked from the bottom , I seem to think there are a few dodgey tanks about , for a test I orderd anouther tank when it arived I swapped it with the leaking one, and funny enough no more leaks, so i bet its a dodgey tank like the one I had some pft tape might fix it the tape that plumbers use

That's PTFE Tape It costs about 20p a roll from a plumbing shop.

Thanks everyone I'm prob just going to get a new one and if it happens again ill contact the supplier very frustrating when I'm getting back on track with vaping again!

There is a difference in quality between the genuine Vivis and the clones

the only leaking problem I've ever had is with the clones!

I have 5 mini novas, 4 take the flat heads, one takes the heads that come up to a point. That one leaks, so do the two big novas that use the heads that come to a point.

I can only assume I've got three fakes an 4 genuine Nova's, the genuine ones are rock solid. Despite being dropped several times.

My advice would be get one from vape escape or ukecigcabin. That way you know you're getting a genuine product.

Where about is it leaking from? Is it from the bottom of the centre post, or from the join where the patterned bit that the tube screws into meets the flat base? I've found when I've dropped my mini novas, they can separate a little there and this can cause them to leak. I just squeeze them back together with pliers to re-seal and they work perfectly again.

Also check you have not cross threaded the tank on to the base

I mentioned on another thread yesterday that I had a Nova that had leaked and got a couple of very indignant replies saying that they never leak.

When I had trouble with mine I snipped a bit of the tube the spare heads come in and placed over the thread making a snug fit!
