think im doing ok for my second attempt at vaping.the first time i was too hard on myself.if i go the pub now and i want a smoke i will have one. before i never had one and it was stressing me a bit.must admit though,cant honestly say i enjoy them anymore than vaping.its very strange! as long as i dont go back on the cigs full time like i did last time, i will be happy.

im struggling with the pub though. im not too bad at home when im drinking.but at the pub i miss standing outside having a smoke. thats why i still indulge in the odd one or three!!

glad ive just read this thread, because i ordered banana flavour and kiwi mix over a week ago. when they arrived i tried both and didnt like either of them. they didnt taste like what i thought they should. anyway just got both flavours out and tried them again before i threw them in the bin.cant believe how they tasts now. both flavours are very nice. think i will order some more now.

ive done quite good for the majority of the week.no cigs mon or tuesday, but struggled a bit on wednesday and had five cigs in about 2 hrs  but im not going to beat my self up. im just remembering what the great people on here have said to me. its not how many you have had, its how many you havent had! its a great forum, with great people who want to help you.  |

thanks karma. just a bit unsure about what voltage i can go up to using these atomisers. also, does the life span shorten on atomisers if you direct drip?

ive got quite a few atomisers i used to use with my tornado. ive now got a lt with a dct, but im a bit fed up with vaping the same tobacco. ive just popped a atomiser on it and dropped some other liquid in it and its great.is it ok to do this? it wont do any damage will it? also will i be able to bang the voltage up to whatever i want it on? hope this makes sense. thanks.

think youre right browzer. ive gone a week now on the vaping. did it 2 years ago, lasted about a month and went back on the cigs. ive smoked about 15 cigs all week, and i can honestly say i havnt really enjoyed them. its just a habit you have got to get out off. this morning i lit a cig, then had a couple of vapes in between and i defo preffered the taste of the ecig. i vape in the house now, where before i would go outside for a ciggie. its strange not going outside. ???

cheers jake. i vaped about two years ago and lasted for about four months before i went back on the cigs think i di d it wrong though before, because i went straight from the cigs to vaping. never had one cig at all in the whole time. felt pressurised not to have one, if that makes sense. ??? anyway if i can go all week without one, and have a couple on a sunday i will be happy. if i can do it all the time, i will be very happy  just dont want to go back on the cigs full time again. |

well my lava tube arrived on thurs, and gave it a bash on friday. ordered a phoenix with it, but i think it was faulty because i was getting a burnt taste to it. anyway, ive got a dct on its way now. quite pleased with the lava, plenty of vapour and decent throat hit. vaped flu cured tobacco and apple flavour so far and quite enjoy them. only trouble is i went out on sunday night to the pub and smoked 4 ciggies after having zero in the day. only had one since sunday, so its not too bad. im not going to beat my self up this time though if i decide to have the odd ciggie if i go the pub. the odd one now and again isnt too bad is it? ???
