Try this out it's from BT's website it does seem to be an interference problem. You need to change the channel that your hub is sending the signal out on. Try 11 or 13.

You will find all kinds of great information on here as I have. I to started with and ego and a glasses case, still use it now for when I go out.

As for my pennys worth, try to find a near by stockist so you can go and try some different flavors out. You might just find something you like.

Take the cap end (spring bit) stretch the spring a bit and retry the battery. Oh make sure the longer of the tubes is used for the 18350 batt.
